    Good choice for me for home, travel, and work when I'm out of the office. So far the Wi-Fi has been seamless and easy to set up, whether I'm in a coffee shop, hotel, or using my "hotspot." With the touch screen I've been able to navigate w/o my mouse. Since I use it mainly for business (spreadsheets, banking, or word processing) not for gaming I've found the system to be more than adequate for my needs. LOL A "best buy" for a reasonable price for my usage!

    Love Lenovo laptops. They just seem to be sturdier and more trouble free. This one is no exception. Screen is a bit small for our needs so this one will be used by our child and I replaced it with a Lenovo with a 17” screen. Both perform really well.

  • Laptop for high school freshman video assignments

    Bought for my grandson to make videos for a freshman ELA assignment. Setup took a long time since we had to make his own Google/Microsoft account separate from his school email account, which made the initial set up process take a lot longer overall. Video quality from built in camera is decent and the screen touch screen ability is very helpful for my grandson son. No other complaints at this time. Lenovo in general are top tier laptops and we have been long customers of theirs for the past 15 years.

    It is a great laptop for the price, although not all the features I would've liked (like backlit keyboard or Thunderbolt port). Not a showstopper, still a great home laptop and has a distinct keypad, that a lot of folks seem to like in a laptop keyboard. Good value!

    Just purchased a Lenovo IdeaPad. I have had a MacBook for 14 years but it was time to upgrade to a new laptop. The price was a big factor in choosing a new laptop.     I have bought this laptop for online learning. Its performance is good. I can use touchscreen easily. Its microphone and camera work well for me to attend online learning classes. I have used it for about 2 months; I don't have any problems with it. Its price is reasonable. I think it's worth value

    I havent been to a Best Buy store for 10+ years, recently i had a laptop that wouldn't turn on. I needed to tertrieve the data on the hard druvrme. I remember going to best buy to have this service performed in the past. The onlune appoitment booking was very easy to use and upon going to the store. It was recommended i join the preferred member club and the service would be performed for no charge. The service was very accomodating and i even applied and got approved for a BB Visa card. In the past month since I've been back i have purchased a new laptop, gone to two locations numerous times and have always received excellent customer service.

    Product is nice, purchased 2, 1 for my son, 1 for a kid heading to college that needed a laptop. One thing I did not appreciate is the anti-virus "bonus" didn't come with each computer as it was a multi-unit license... but that doesn't work well when they're not going to be at the same household - had I made 2 separate purchases, I would have 2 licenses... BB/Geek Squad customer service didn't seem to understand - not huge, it's only a 3 or 6 month trial anyway.
