Just good Internals

The build quality is not special at all, the screen has horrible viewing angles with bad color accuracy but I got this for Office apps and browsing the web. Mine has an Intel Core i7 8th gen, 256 GB SSD, and 12 GB of RAM. Yes, I got this laptop for the internal specs. Needed something that did not slow down with Chrome. This also has 2 USB A ports and SD Card reader, no USB C. Battery only lasts about 2 hours when fully charged but I have it plugged in most of the time anyway.

Brought this laptop during memorial day weekend when it was $200 off. It works smooth even if you have multiple tabs open on your browser. I haven't tested with applications which consume more memory yet. Will be doing that soon and update. Sound quality: It is okay. Display: As one of the other review had mentioned, it is a Matt display (probably good for your eyes, but it lacks vivid colors and contrast) USB transfer: was quick with type A 3.0 ports

Since you only get 14 days to be able to return it I used this laptop instead of my phone to search things, talk on messenger, etc. By the second day using it I immediately noticed the battery drained quickly after just an hour and a half of light use. I used to have a macbook pro so I was used to a longer battery life - my mac lasted me for 8 years. My husband turned off bluetooth and disabled unnecessary apps that were running in the background to help save some battery life, but it didn't matter. It lost about 20% of battery every 15 minutes or so and I didn't want to get stuck with a brand new laptop that I had to keep plugged in all the time especially when I have my college classes. The touchpad was also very sensitive. Multiple times I clicked on the wrong thing, it made me drag and drop window I didn't want to move, and highlighted things and zoomed in and out when trying to scroll. Also the screen was almost too matte. I have matte screen but this one just seemed poor quality. The nice things about it was it was very quick to start up, to load webpages, and was very light in weight. However, the bad outweighed the good and I ended up exchanging it for the HP ENVY X360 2-IN-1 with ryzen 7. After using the HP compared to the Lenovo the Lenovo felt cheap in quality and the HP feels a lot more sturdy and reliable and has way better touchpad! Plus I have been on the HP as I type this for about 10-15 minutes and haven't lost a single percent of battery life.

Very light and thin. The screen and keyboard are excellent. Easy to set up with minimal bloat ware. Battery life is average. buy sound is not great. have to mention the best-buy shipping is great, my order was 5-7 days shipping, but I received the unit in 3 days.

College laptop

I must say I am actually pretty impressed. It runs well. (I did have an issue installing windows even though I’ve done it myself a lot, but office tech support helped) I am honestly most impressed with the battery life so far! I use it for an hour or two at a time to do my online curriculum and it can last a few days at that rate.
