Laptop Trouble: + Total Tech = New Laptop Delight

Total Tech: sadly it was unrepairable. Gladly best buy refunded the entire purchase price. New Laptop Delight: i searched through open box items and the holiday deals and, for no extra money, I was able to buy a similar product with enhanced features. couldn't be more delighted.

Very smooth laptop, love that it has the numeric keypad integrated! I use the HDMI to connect to my screen so I can teach my class! It does not have a backlit keyboard but not a deal breaker for me!

I am able to write comfortably and the screen is big enough to not irritate my eyes. The screen is also slightly matte so it does not reflect the light as much compared to other laptops I’ve had.

I was concerned it would be too big but having the full key pad ia worth it & it is very light weight. The camera quality for video calls is also very good. No complaints!

Good for school

I watch youtube and use it for teams calls for school and work. Great product for the price. No complaints. Maybe 6 hour battery life.

Good, mediocre, but affordable.

However, it is acceptable as I compare the two. Got a Yoga 4 months ago and I will be using this one when I travel.

Perfect for school

I’ve used it for a while now and I haven’t had any issues. Only downside I notice is it tends to heat up quickly so I got me a cooling pad.
