Great preforming computer with very little storage. It’s all I needed

Nice little inexpensive laptop. Primarily purchased for email and internet stuff. Certainly not a hi powered graphics gaming computer but that’s. It why I bought it.

It's a solid laptop if you are not worried about storage, and the screen is also not the best.

I was up late sitting in bed one night and I spilled honey all over my computer. Long story. Well I had to go trade it out for a new one and the ideapad 3i in Grey. What an amazing piece of machinery. My videos used to buffer all the time and I thought it was the internet. Well nope, it doesn't do it anymore. This computer also knows me. It somehow turns on when I sit next to it. I've called her Peter for now but I think I'll name her Sapphire, like the rock. I'll be back next time for the new model if I spill honey on this new one.

Bought this for my daughter, who is doing virtual High School. It is perfect! She hasn't had any issues with it at all. The storage seems to be perfect for what she needs to do a lot of projects. The screen and graphics are very clear.

For the price, this laptop is a solid value. Battery, keyboard, and display work perfectly fine. I highly recommend.

Joe provided detailed and excellent customer service. He was patient, friendly, professional, and informative about the various manufacturer products. He listened to what I wanted, and he made me feel very confident and comfortable in the item I chose to purchase. Also, even though I was able to hold the midsize item, with a kind smile & without hesitation he took the item to my vehicle and loaded it into my vehicle. He is the best sale's person I have encountered in a while. He wasn't trying to just sale me something and get rid of me, I could tell he wanted me to be pleased with whatever I decided to purchase and not have to bring it back because I wasn't sure or displeased later.

I needed a PC that was functional with nothing flashy - and this is perfect. I can easily surf the net, use MS Office and stream movies. Nothing more and nothing less - it was exactly what I needed. The sales team did not try to sell me something with more features than I needed and I really appreciated that as well.

Well shoot, let me tell ya somethin’—this here laptop is slicker than a greased pig at a county fair. I fired it up and that thing booted faster than my truck on a cold mornin’. The screen’s bright as a July sunrise, and the colors pop like fireworks on the Fourth. The battery? Lord have mercy, it lasts longer than Uncle Ray’s fishin’ stories. I’ve been typin’, scrollin’, and watchin’ videos all day and it still ain’t tapped out. The keyboard’s comfy too—feels like butter under my fingers, none of that cheap, clickety-clack nonsense. Runs smooth as fresh churned ice cream, don’t lag, don’t freeze, don’t fuss. If you’re lookin’ for a reliable machine that’ll work hard and not complain—kinda like a good farm dog—this laptop’s the one. Five stars, no question

I got it on sale. It was really good value for the money. Connects seamlessly with my Motorola Edge+ 2023 (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) through Smart Connect. It's like Samsung Dex. I'm used to OLED and IPS screens. As a result, looking at this TN display from an angle is disappointing. It's expected for the price point though. It's equipped with a basic i3 chip, integrated graphics, and the system is very optimized. The 10-key makes data entry for remote work a breeze. Strongly recommend as a first laptop or one for basic tasks.

A few days ago I bought two of these devices. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because of the low price. But I'm surprised by how smoothly they perform and the beautiful colors the screen displays, plus it's touch-sensitive. It was definitely a great purchase.

This is a fast, easy working, and adorable computer. I've had it for about a month and so far I have no complaints. I love how it's big but also light weight

I love my new laptop. I especially love the customer service I received . I am in my 70's and have a difficult time with technology . "Shayaa" with the Geek Squad at the Henderson location , was beyond helpful. She was so patient and informative in setting up my new laptop. I find the Lenova extremely user friendly and it meets all of my needs . I would not buy electronics from any other place than Best Buy . Quality and Customer service is outstanding .

The Lenovo series with the Microsoft platform is absolutely one of my better purchases when it comes to laptops the speed is great, and it syncs with everything I have. I would recommend this laptop to those seeking to produce documents at a blazing speed and have all of your cloud accounts sync all in one place no outside storage device needed. This was definitely one of my Best Buy's

I bought this Lenovo laptop primarily to run music 24/7 at my business via Spotify and Bluetooth, and so far it’s been excellent. It stays connected, runs smoothly, and hasn’t had any issues with Bluetooth dropping or performance slowing down. I didn’t need anything fancy — just something reliable, fast enough, and stable — and this has delivered exactly that. Setup was easy, it feels responsive, and it’s been running continuously without problems. I’ve only had it for about a month so far, but based on my experience, I’m very happy with it and would recommend it for anyone who needs a dependable, no-nonsense laptop for everyday tasks.

So far I am happy with the Lenova laptop I purchased. I owned a Dell previously and the hinges broke apart. Because of the way Lenova is hinged I don't expect to have that problem

The laptop is thin and light weight. The full keyboard is a plus. Works great.
