    I returned it because the screen is terrible. I started getting a headache just from setting it up and checking email. Tried adjusting settings but nothing helped. I didn’t use it enough to rate other items. Requiring logging into Microsoft for set up is annoying. I’m not sure if that’s universal on Windows computers or if it’a just a Lenovo thing.

    This IdeaPad was slow and I gave up on trying to figure it out. I returned it for a full refund. I was told it was faster than I need for my bookkeeping business but they were wrong.

    No complaints at all. Got it for under $500 on sale. Blows through basic everyday tasks like web browsing, email, streaming, and Microsoft Office. Not sure why my local Best Buy did not have this item on display. Best bang for your buck.
