I decided before I would do this review I would test it for awhile first. All I have to say is wow what a wonderful gaming tower. It’s super fast and reliable and no complaints whatsoever. It is a must buy especially at that price point.

Excellent set up for the price. Fully loaded and ready to go and it was also set up so that I could easily pull the hard drive out of the laptop I had, install it with only four screws and then slide it into the slot where it plugged in without any adapter cables or anything else needed.

Not the quality you'd expect from Lenovo

The PC all in all is okay, the hardware performs as expected, it comes with one stick of RAM so a kit to upgrade that is definitely needed before any serious work gets done on this computer. Thermals so far have been alright-ish, performance is about what you'd expect from something at this price point. Goods: Relatively affordable in the current market Price to components in line with prebuilts in this market, while still beating the price to custom build Lenovo's warranty has always been stellar Bads: THE CABLE MANAGEMENT in this build I received is unlike anything I've ever seen from Lenovo. It is HORRID, there's cables strung all over the inside of the chassis in view of the window, giving the end user a beautiful spaghetti display The stock lighting: Lenovo vantage provides minimal control over the lighting in the case, in our unit, only the back fan has controllable RGB. The front light is a static blue that can be turned on or off, the back exhaust fan is "RGB" as in you can choose from effects but not choose a static color. There is an interior light on the top of the case, however, it is not RGB and is just the "lenovo blue", that can either be turned on or off. I'd really like to see more customizability at this price point The I/O: USB inputs on this motherboard comparable to that of a laptop - nonexistent. For a gaming desktop I'd really like to see more rear USB ports to allow for peripherals without a hub. The WiFi card: This may just be a one-off in my case, however, all of our machines are on wired connections to a gigabit switch, so we have no use for the WiFi card. However, since it's installed, the device is "operational" as far as the computer is concerned. The WiFi card that came with my device had caused severe stability issues with the PC, only allowing it to run for an hour and a half at max before freezing the computer and causing it to crash, after looking at event viewer and identifying the WiFi card as the cause, I have since removed it from the build and stability has been fine otherwise. All in all: Lenovo has severely disappointed me with this machine, typically you get superior build quality and performance with a premium feel when it comes to Lenovo products, that was not my experience with this PC. This is an entry level gaming/workstation computer and it does serve that purpose well, if you count aesthetics and potential WiFi-caused stability issues aside, if you're looking to enter the PC gaming scene at a reasonable price and are comfortable doing a little bit of troubleshooting on your own, this could be a great investment!

I bought this PC a year ago, and I’ve been off and on with its use. However, I wish I had known this PC was going to experience issues with its hardware, because it consistently blue screens unprompted. I do not recommend this PC for anyone, if you can, shop elsewhere, unless you can afford to have it looked at. If it’s not giving me a DPS_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION, it runs pretty smoothly otherwise.

First off I want to say FOR ANY STREAMERS WHO BUY THIS PRODUCT: if you experience your internet dropping rapidly from pulling up any game and playing it (ex. I pull up FFXIV then go to pull up OBSand OBS loses frames in the masses while FFXIV still runs perfectly fine.) - if you want it to not gear everything toward the game, go into Lenovo Advantage, and turn OFF the Network Boost feature. This is what is prioritizing the game over anything else. AFter I turned this off I was able to stream perfectly fine while running a game. Now to my actual review. I'm a former Mac Addict who now has seen the light. This is my first PC (since the 90's) and I am so impressed. This computer is upholding so well, things my laptop was STRUGGLING with. So I am so excited to be able to very efficiently run any programs I need simultaneously. I did install new ram (32G) to replace the 8G it came with just cuz the bandwidth wasn't gonna hold up to streaming and gaming simultaneously. Now if you anticipate just playing and not trying to do other stuff - this is 100% a wonderful bang for your buck. And as someone who struggles a lot with understanding computer stuff, this computer is very intuitive in the way it runs. So there was enough challenge to make it exciting but not so much that i was completely lost. 10/10. (i gave a 10 here cuz the system only let me do 5 stars.)

When I say I really wanted to love this PC, I mean it. It was my first ever tower and I was over the moon upon receiving it. I owned it for maybe three months total, and it worked well the first month I owned it. Then the problems started. The computer began to bluescreen, first every once in awhile, then more consistently, until it became a pretty much daily occurrence— even when it was idling with a few windows open and not in use. I play older MMORPGS like GW2 and SWTOR, and I had upgraded the RAM upon receiving this guy. Nothing I played (and certainly not a couple tabs on Google Chrome) should have put the kind of stress on this system that it was encountering— constantly. I took it in for repair more than five times with the same issue, and through all kinds of troubleshooting, it simply wouldn’t go away. Apparently all kinds of customers have been having problems with Lenovo tech during the shortage, and I was the unlucky recipient of a particularly nefarious issue. I can’t recommend this product— or any of their others, at this point in time— with good conscience.

Bottom line - there is an issue with the graphics driver not being compatible with the rest of this build causing it to crash multiple times a session. I spent months doing the back and forth with Lenovo support, was told there is no fix available but it would happen 'soon'. Lenovo stated I would not be able to do any computer updates until the driver was updated by the 3rd party company. I was told I could return it by a supervisor with Lenovo support after HOURS of phone conversations, only to haul it back in to bestbuy (I was still in warranty) and be told the authorization code to return I was provided by Lenovo was not valid. I then try to get ahold of the manufacturer again, but they stated there was no record of my conversation about the return. I was then told they do not need to authorize a return because the flaw is in a 3rd party driver, and they are not liable. Quite the convenient loophole they have in their warranty. They eventually did do some sort of update during my final conversation with them about 3 months ago that seemed to resolve the issue, but I was still not able perform any system updates. My warranty expired the beginning of this month, and it appears the issue is suddenly back. How convenient for Lenovo. Overall, useless customer service, the warranty does not protect you from this poorly built PC, and I will absolutely never purchase another Lenovo product.

Starting with delivery, it shipped the day after i purchased despite me not selecting that shipping option. this isn’t a problem, it’s great actually. now on to the product. after figuring out the HDMI and all that, the setup for the computer was very fast, only took me about half an hour to an hour. now to performance. it’s worked just fine since we got it, and i’ve had next to no problems with crashes or FPS drops. Overall, 10/10. if someone asked me where to go to get a starting PC, this is what i would show them.

Good computer. Got it back in August. I haven't been able to use it consistently because it would keep crash. Cntrl alt delete doesn't even work. Have to force shut it down by pressing power button. I guess the GPU has issues in these type of models. With tech support they should fix it and you have 1 yr warranty. But for the price why am I even getting problems. Wouldn't recommend at all. I still use it only for Xbox online gaming but everyday since I've had it even after factory reset I get this crashing issue

Brand new was great, ran everything I needed smoothly and glad it came with decent graphics card. Geoforce 1650 super is great. Only problem I had with the computer is the constant crashing after running the computer for a while. As all the other reviews say it seems software related just can never figure out which software but overall a decent PC for gaming if you’re starting out
