Does come with a lot or bloatware, but there are plenty of free tools to remove that. Purchased it for lightweight gaming. Able to play Arma Reforger on medium settings @ 60fps

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your LOQ 15. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may be causing you, and if you still have your system, we'd like to work with you to resolve this issue.
To start, regarding performance, this could be due to excess heat which can lead to performance throttling to protect internal components. This LOQ is equipped with an active cooling system, along with other components and software, designed to enable the user to power through work without throttling due to heat produced. We recommend that the bottom of the device, where the air intake vents are, is clear of obstructions to increase air flow. Additionally, this LOQ features Smart Control, enabling the user to use the key command combination of Fn + Q to toggle between thermal/performance mode.
For instances where you may use the device in your lap or a situation where the intake vents may be obstructed, we recommend switching to cool or quiet mode to help with the heat felt on the bottom of the machine.
Also, please check for and apply any available updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update Settings to help ensure you are using the latest software and drivers to ensure your system is running as efficiently as possible.

No charger included w/ openbox excellent condition

Most likely they just grab whatever that's available. Happened to me twice already with the open box excellent condition laptop. No quality control what so ever and both the store and corporate office were no help at all. When I drove to the store and spoke with the manager, I was told to contact the corporate office. and when I contact the corporate office, I was told to go to the store. When I asked the agent to transfer me to the manager, agent just kicked me out of the chat. Overall experience was very frustrating. Be careful with open box items from best buy. always make a video of the unboxing when opening the box for the first time. I learned my lesson the hard way. Laptop itself was in great condition btw.
