This 14-inch Thinkpad laptop is an excellent machine. Light weight and easy to carry.
Its a very good laptop, not too noisy and very fast.
I am very satisfied with this laptop that i got.
I would recommend this to a friend

My purchase date was 8-1 and I still don’t have the correct charger for it. Nearly a month later!! The first one was some other kind of charger with an adapter on the end. Wouldn’t charge. The second one they sent me looks the same and when I plugged it in. An error message said it would only charge if the computer was turned off because it wasn’t an authorized charger.

I'm using the Thinkpad to write a book. Perfect for that purpose. Graphics card could be a bit better and deliver more vivid colors. I would buy another Thinkpad in 3-4 years with upgraded graphics. I think at the price I paid for the refurbished model, it is a great value.

After extensive troubleshooting with tech experts - tried updating drivers, reinstsll wun10 - nothing they tried could fix issue. After over 3 hours - even they said to return it and get my money back.@

Truthfully I think refurbed machines get a bad rap. So far everything has been operating correctly and feels very new. You get a lot of machine for the price.

I got two laptops one after other that I found defective. In one I was not able to control the display settings and in other most of the functions keys are not working. I wasted my time on this
