After losing my surface pro 1 it was a huge hassle to try to find a replacement. This Yoga was the closest thing I could get and it more than serves my purpose. It's a good solid machine and a great price.

One of the main reasons for this purchase is the fact that it has a built in stylus and uses Wacom drivers so I can use art software - it has been very enjoyable to use. The tablet mode is great a well.

glad i bought instead of surface pro-cheaper and no need for docking station and keyboard adons.bought for pen features and drawing works great.case is rugged no need for expensive protector shells.

This laptop has been nothing but a headache. I'm on my second unit in a month. The first went BSOD and never came back on the second day I had it. The second laptop has persistent (apparent) driver issues and MS Excel constantly crashes and the Intel Graphics driver also crashes (driver supplied by Lenovo, not Intel). The laptop was purchased for work and replaces a solid T510. Unfortunately Lenovo has reduced it's build quality since those older models. The bottom of the laptop cracked when I tried to access the hard drive because it is made of cheap thin plastic and poorly designed. Something is wrong with Lenovo's Intel display driver and I am hoping updating it fixes the problem. My laptop was manf. Sept 2016 however came with a March 2016 driver even though a new one was available in August. I hope this is was is casuing the Excel crashes, otherwise more wasted time. For a business machince the ThinkPad is now only in name. Pros: - Decent sound (Speakers hidden under keyboard, louder than the T510) - Trackpad - Decent screen/display - Got it on sale, decent value if it would stop crashing and was made of higher quality materials - Good battery life Cons - Constant software and display driver crashes, first unit BSOD - Not sure I trust Lenovo driver support at this point - Cheaply made compared to older ThinkPads - Very glossy reflective screen - For some data analysis and Excel work, expected the CPU to perform better, seems on par with my older T510

My job requires me to design in a regular basis and I needed the graphics card to help me create on the go. This machine is really snappy and it serves its purpose quite well. Adobe Ps, Ai, Corel Painter, and Autodesk Sketchbook are some of the programs I use regularly to get things done. All in all, everything has worked perfectly for me, no issues at all and I would recommend this computer to anyone seeking for a portable digital canvas. Additionally, this Lenovo 2 in 1 uses Wacom Active digitizer technology which offers 2046 level of pressure sensitivity; besides the Nvidia graphics chip handles large canvases without any issues. I was able to buy this on sale, I had looked at it and compared it to others, at the recommendation of my son in law I purchased it. It has not let me down, continues to perform flawlessly.

Touch screen more of a novelty, as only reason I love it , is for the waacon pen. Windows still suffering on the app front

I bought mine refurbished and could not be happier! It's a one of a kind. It is very durable, with a retro design. I love the backlit keyboard and the wacom pen! Highly recommended.

I admit that I am really not very hi-tech; I have none of that 'gut instinct' that tells me what to do next. I normally sit there reading every word in the instruction manual of anything I buy. When I bought a new shredder, I even read the directions before using it! But, somehow, I found this Lenovo ThinkPad so easy to use...and anything I don't know how to do, I just ask Cortana!

I would recommend this computer to anyone. I have never been a fan of the touch screen but the ability to draw on the screen for signatures or drawings put this over the top for me.

Good speed, windows 10 took a little time to figure out, but I like it now. Touch screen and graphics very nice.

Nice, unfussy look. All the features i'd expect but at a very reasonable price. My pal, who is a lot more PC literate than I, thought I got a really good deal on this at <$1000.

it is a little heavy to carry to classes but the computer itself has very good display. it also come with stylus.

So let me start of with I have ordered another Thinkpad 14 from amazon and still awaiting its arrival. The laptop was everything I wanted and probably was really really good. I wanted a semi portable 2 in 1 laptop with a pencil and a discrete graphics card. This laptop gave me everything I needed and wanted. It arrived to my house earlier I opened it up charged it for awhile and began booting it up well unfortunately my luck had run out the screen started having flickering bars across it and I was very very upset. I asked one of my computer geek friends and he said that there’s a ribbon behind the screen and if the laptop is handled poorly where some force can be applied to the screen that is the result. Not sure if it was a Best Buy employee that did this or some joe at Lenovo but I’m thinking it’s probably the latter. In all honesty if the screen was fine it would have been great. But alas it wasn’t meant to be. But please don’t let my experience discourage you. This is a great laptop I’ve been searching for one for a while and have gone through countless forums and blogs looking for that hidden gem. And friends this is the closest thing to a hidden gem. But it’s a little hit or miss so with that, may the odds be ever in your favor.
