I purchased a "refurbished" Lenovo Thinkpad 4/28/17. Right out of the packaging, it looked like it had just been pulled from a teenager's backpack! Dirty & grimy, complete with crumbs and dust in the keyboard crevices. When powering up the first time, I wasn't able to change the clock to my time zone, adjust the volume nor activate the fingerprint sensor. Not to mention that there was NO functionality to the "function keys" - completely inoperable! Took the unit to the local Best Buy Geek Squad who after 15 minutes of head-scratching, discovered the machine was shipped with only about 25% of the drivers installed. So I left it with them to download and install the necessary drivers and I scheduled an appointment for the next day to pick it up & get a brief tutorial. The next day I'm on time for my appointment and waiting in line - along with the two other customers ahead of me. But after waiting for 15 minutes without so much as a nod from any of the 4 associates behind the desk, I politely asked to reschedule my appointment. So I will try again tomorrow and hope for a better experience. As much as I was looking forward to finally getting this laptop and using it for work as well as personal, I'm not feeling very confident about this purchase through Best Buy. Well, at least I have 90 days to return it - No, I guess it's 85 days at this point...

I purchased 2 Lenovo Think Pad Refurbished laptops both came to me full of scratches dirty and did not look to have been refurb I think all they do is test them if they work they ship them out I had to return both of them will never purchase refurb from Best Buy.
