The laptop is excellent fast and reliable i is one of the best laptop that i buy

Was looking for a new laptop. Been 14 years since my last one. This is a fast easy to use machine. The touch screen is great. The lightning port connect perfectly to my dock and am able to use 2 additional monitors with no lag or connection speed. I am very happy. My one complaint is the mic. Sound quality is not the best. You have to be about 1 foot from it for others to hear you well

Great laptop. My girlfriend got this laptop and it is speedy as well as full of useful features like the touchscreen. Uses it for college and works great.

Excellent laptop, very durable and long lasting battery. Had this laptop purchased for me through work, and ended up ordering 3 additional laptops since the quality was THAT GOOD! I've now had my original Lenovo for going on a year and have never experienced any issues with it beyond the microphone / speaker capabilities. For some odd reason, mine seems to have a lot of background echoing even after resetting. I unfortunately cannot use Zoom on my work computer, so I had to opt for my phone. Besides that, the 15.6' screen is perfect for me and I love the fact that it also acts as a tablet. With the pencil I purchased, it's great for quick note taking during meetings.

Pros: I think the style and design are really sleek. I wanted a full keyboard with a number bad and the keys are smooth and light. The touchpad is large and the surface is easy to clean. I love the fingerprint sign-in and the camera display shutter where you can close the webcam when it's not in use. It's very fast, I'm able to run multiple programs and it doesn't slow down and the display is of great quality. I initially thought not having an HTML port would be an issue but it has worked out well so far. Cons: It was heavier than I expected, and not very portable. So for me, it wouldn't be great for computing every day or bringing it to coffee shops to work because it takes up so much space. I did have some issues with connecting it to other monitors for dual-screen use. Luckily I was able to troubleshoot and do some driver updates myself to solve the issue but hopefully, that doesn't happen again. The battery life isn't the best I've ever worked with. The specs say up to 16 hours but it has never last more than 8-10 hours for me.

fantastic laptop! I have had several laptops along with desktops. This is a tough little guy. I run Quickbooks Desktop and take it everywhere with me as well as run my embroidery machine on it. I haven't been dissatisfied with anything!

Quick startup. Amazing speed between programs. Easy set up and easier to use. Only few things I hope do not cause any problems later are the adjustable screen if one day it will just flop open and not stay upright and that because of the vent location on the bottom of the laptop that it does not overheat.

Great laptop for work or school, easy to use, and the touch screen is really nice to have as well, you can watch movies very clearly as well. Battery life is great and last long

I love love love this laptop!! It is by far the best one I’ve used or had!!! I use it for school and it definitely does the job! The display is big enough that I can see multiple screens at once with no problem. I just wish the cases for these laptops were easier to find. It’s been a struggle to find one for this specific model.

This Laptop has so far been an amazing machine. It performs exactly as the sales person told us it would. The graphics are fantastic, the speed is amazing and all in a very versatile package.

I’m really happy with my purchase. I am a Cricut crafter and needed the features not available on my iPad. The screen/colors are so very clear. I have everything I need and more, with this laptop! Oh, and I love the fold-back feature that feels just like an iPad. Touch screen is very sensitive and responsive. Great buy!

Best Buy has the variety and stock of great laptops. This particular Lenovo device has a touch screen and the ten-key on the right side of the keyboard! Love this feature as I work from home on occasion.

This computer is everything you need and more! I did a bit of digging and found this as an interesting Laptop to get. I don’t regret it at all. As a matter of fact, I love my choice.

Love the battery life and the versatility of using it as a laptop or tablet. I can still use a mouse if needed too. Superfast compared to my old one.

My old laptop, which was about seven years old, was barely limping along. I was going to take it in to the Geek Squad to see if there was any hope for it, but I decided that considering how much I use it, I should just go ahead and get a new computer. I'm glad I did. What a difference! This computer boots up and is ready to go within a matter of seconds, I like the back-lit keyboard, and appreciate that it is very easy to adjust the backlighting to low or high or just turn it off. The speakers aren't bad for a laptop, but music benefits greatly by hooking up my roughly $20 USB powered speakers. They have a USB type A connector, but I use an inexpensive adaptor to connect them to one of the computer's thunderbolt ports. I have found that I prefer Windows 10 over Windows 11, but I suspect that any new Windows computer will come with Windows 11 these days. Overall, I'm glad that I decided on this model, and I would recommend it to anyone else.
