    Cursor pad stopped working within 12 hours of taking out of box. Looked online and saw that this is a common problem with this model. After reading various methods of restoration, decided it was too much trouble for a brand new computer. Took it back to Best Buy. Manager tried to update driver, and it didn't work. He discouraged me from exchanging it, stating that it was likely going to continue to be a problem,

    I absolutely HATE this laptop. it is slow, unreliable, always disconnects from the wifi, takes forever to update, and overall is just not a good computer. I highly recommend not buying this laptop!!!

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:
