I have owned several brands of laptops over the past 20+ years. The only brand I would give 5 stars was the Sony Vaio. Sad to say they stopped production. This Lenovo Yoga is replacing an HP Envy. The HP was the absolute worst purchase ever. I can't think of anything good to say about it. So I was quite anxious about a new purchase. I read reviews and quite frankly I am often skeptical. I am very happy with this Lenovo Yoga. The battery life is amazing. The startup is faster than any I have ever owned. It is very lightweight-I love this about it because I carry it everywhere I go. The touchscreen coupled with the 360 degree rotation allows me the flexibility to use when flying. I am still learning about the Paint 3D and the Bamboo pen. My first experiences tell me that I am really going to love these features as well. The keyboard has a very nice response-with a slight hesitation the past couple of days. I am not sure why that is happening, but if it persists I wll have it checked out. Overall, I highly recommend. My favorite feature would have to be the long battery life. It allows me to be truly mobile.

Good looking and feeling 2-in-1 for working in the office or in mobile situations. Works well with Windows Ink and OneNote for easy note-taking. Combined with a USB port replicator/dock like the Sabrent DS-RICA, it's easy to connect in the office and then disconnect two cables and walk out. My unit has the Intel Core i7-7700 7th gen CPU, 8GB RAM and 256GB SSD. The 15" FHD screen is bright and clear, touch screen capability good. The only nitpick I have is with the feel of the keyboard on the bottom side when you fold it over to use in tablet/note taking mode. It feels a bit strange, but maybe it just takes some getting used to. Overall I've been quite happy with the unit so far.

This is the best 2 in 1 laptop I found. The thing that sets it apart is the affordable price and the i7 QUAD CORE processor. Most are only dual core. The ram can also be upgraded to 16gb. It comes with 8gb and an ssd drive. It boots up SUPER FAST. I counted the boot up to 2 or 3 seconds. Then with the finger print login it logins in right away. It shuts down faster than any phone or computer I have used. It is super responsive and works well with the bamboo active stylus. The tablet mode is awesome for reading and drawing. Watching movies, etc. I am super pleased with this laptop. I've had it for over a month and I still love it and I'm still excited to use it. I don't have tons of money but I am happy I spent extra on this laptop and did not settle for some other cheaper deal that was just OK. I dont miss the money one bit with this thing at my fingertips. I doubt you can find a better 2 in 1 for the price range. I've used the hp spectre and the others at best buy's store display. This is the one. I have the 15 inch version. I didn't like the 13 inch version. But I love this one.

I had to do an updated review of this laptop to truly express my disgust for this laptop, and provide pictures of what I have been dealing with. First, I want to say I love the features on this laptop. But the features are useless if I can’t use them. This laptop shuts down continuously, sometimes every few minutes. After doing further research of this product, I discovered that this is a very common issue with Lenovo laptops. I have tried several recommendations to resolve this issue and NOTHING has worked. I just purchased this laptop in January 2018 and the problem is only getting worse. I’m not sure why this laptop has so many high reviews on this website but when you do research on the internet, there are continuous negative reviews about how Lenovo laptops randomly shut down and nothing is being done to resolve this issue. Most times, the power will shut off and the screen will just go black. Other times, I get a scrambled screen and static noise before it shuts down. I really regret purchasing this laptop and feel that I have thrown away money.

I love this computer. I have started a project and the touch screen really helps. This computer is easy to just start using. Camera is pretty good and the battery lasts quite awhile. For the price I found it a good buy. I checked all the levels on line and they were accurate. This computer is fast, easy to us and pretty loaded.

Going back to school I needed a laptop. The guys at best buy pointed this one out with it being on sale and a little more advanced than what I needed I figuerrd why not. I use it for office 365, photoshop amd rosseta stone. It handles all three well. No complaints on the speed or resolution. I'm not a gamer so I'm not sure its good for that.

This computer is lightning speed. Start up takes less than 5 seconds. All of the internet connections are a joy because I don't have to wait. It is fairly light weight.. The top flips like a tablet and that is convenient. I love the solid state drive.

Bought for my college Freshman to take to school. We researched what was available vs need and affordability for a year or so waiting for the right laptop at the right price. We favor Lenovo and used to favor ASUS but this far out paces anything ASUS is offering at present ... This Laptop specs (even as the lower of the two models offered at BB) is AMAZING. SCREEN: I was very concerned about going for the lower end of this model giving up NVIDA dedicated graphics and 4K screen but no worries. My freshman is in college not Gaming school so the 1080P is PLENTY and stunning in its own in 15 in screen. The Thin bevel is also equally impressive as the processor... its beautiful. We have a 4K TV and the QUALITY difference on a large screen is something you have to experience to understand there is a HUGE difference but for a 15 in laptop that you are NOT using as gaming device 1080P is beautiful and more than adequate. HARDDRIVE/Storage :To offset the smaller SSD in this model we added a 128G USB drive and presto magic increased storage capacity by 50% for a fraction of the price increase to buy the higher end model and my freshman says its read write on USB plenty fast. RAM: Room to add. At present the 8 GB Ram is more than adequate but that is an easy fix at a later time if it proves to be a problem just add another 4 or 8 GB stick and problem solved. KEYBOARD: The other MAJOR concern was the keyboard NOT being a thinkpad world famous Keyboard (love me my Thinkpad keyboards) Build quality on this is excellent key board while not as great as thinkpad its very close and kicks the **** out of every other brand. very little flex. From my FRESHMAN>>> I love this Laptop. Wicked FAST. Great internet but I do live in a 10GB city now sooooo... Graphics are great even though its stock Intel and not NVIDA and 1080P screen is AWESOME. Have not had long but so far its knocking everything I throw at it out of the park. Touch pad normal stuff (I don't care for touch pads I add a wireless mouse). Touchscreen glitches slightly sometimes but nothing abnormal. weight is not an issue pretty light. A little on the larger side for laptop if wanting super portable... LOVE LOVE LOVE the processor. Design is minimalist which I love also ... to have so much raw power under the hood and it look very understated makes it perfect for my business major and keeps it from being a target for someone looking for nice laptop to steel... there is no outward sign of how powerful it is. just understated polish sleek. I could not be more pleased. hoping that this laptop will serve me all the way through college and maybe beyond that. NO REGRETS NO COMPLAINTS

i bought this unit (lap top) to upgrade from my all windows hp laptop. i'm really impressed with the performance of this machine. it is fast, i mean really fast . it takes just a few seconds from off to running windows, its a beast. i also have a mac book pro retina but to be honest now that i purchased this ssd lap, i dont find much differences in speed between the 2 which made me think why i spent so much money in it, almost twice of what i paid for this one and i can not even upgrade (mac lap) while this lenovo i can up the ram to 16 gbs as well as the ssd up to 1tb it just don not make sence to have had spent that much money. well the only thing is that macs do not get much is viruses as windows does but still this lenovo is great machine for the bucks.

I upgraded from a 4-year old HP Touchsmart to get the 2 in 1 functionality and other things; processor, memory, etc. Really good decision at terrific price point. Has been running well since 1st day of use. Did notice the fan noise a couple times, but nothing too annoying. Screen definition is sharp and speed is great! Highly Recommend!

Fast notebook with lots of features. Light for how much this notebook can do. I don't have a stylus yet.

This computer works really well in terms of performance and speed but the fan makes seemed to make an unusual amount of noise even when nothing is running.

This is a really sleek laptop and super light weight everything you could want in a new laptop!

After being without a laptop for about a year this was a great purchase. We really just need this for some minor home business and personal use and we couldn’t ask for anything better. It’s extremely fast, we have not had any issues with the keyboard like some other reviews have mentioned, and the picture quality is fantastic. It’s only been a month but after months of research this is exactly what we wanted.

Caps Lk key too close to other keys, Like the processor, battery life ok, good screen picture.

Purchased as a gift to my hi-tech wife who already has every gizmo known to mankind, and she loves it! Boots up just before pushing the ON button (almost). Super thin and light, but seriously powerful. She uses both laptop and tablet modes, and it all works flawlessly. We added an inexpensive usb hub to compensate for the lack of an sd card slot. Otherwise, this thing is amazing.

I was looking for a top performing laptop for personal and work use. I run many design programs and am always doing research so I have a ton of tabs open- usually. I was looking for the new fast & reliable laptop and was in between the Macbook Air or Lenovo. I opted for the Lenovo- best deal and longlasting. So far- I am satisfied with my purchase.

This laptop has great performance and it is good for multitasking. Overall Great product but not good for gaming. Battery life is great. I would recommend this product.
