My .5 stars deduction is due to the touch not working when I come home. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong, but when I come home and try to enter my home, touching the lock doesn't respond. I end up having to open using my watch or if I have the fob in my hand, I will use that. But when I leave, the touch does work to close and open the lock. My other issue is with the Home Key feature on my phone. Fro some reason, I can never get my phone to open up the lock. I have to wave my phone all over the place and sometimes it will open and most times, it won't do anything. So I end up using my watch to open the door. Other than the 2 listed above, this a great convenience and peace of mind. Now I don't have to worry about if I locked the door or not. I love that you can remotely open the door if you have a visitor or if your hands are full, you can unlock it before getting out of the car. Also, you can set up an automation with Home Kit to unlock it when you are close by. As for installation, it probably took me a good 5-10 minutes to install this lock and set it up with my phone.

Lock dies every 2 days

We wanted it to avoid fishing for our keys. The first time i thought maybe the battery was bad that came with it so we purchased the exact same Duracell battery and it didnt make a difference. Hope they get it figured out but until then this lock will be going back.

Clean looking smart lock, with simple use of entry
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received Level Lock+ as a gift after I was so frustrated with my previous one my brother didn't want to hear me complain any more. The Level Lock was so easy to install, and the minimal design is great for my front door. Using my Apple Watch to lock/unlock makes access so easy! The wi-fi bridge is a great addition to allow me to access the lock remotely. Simple lock that hasn't caused me any pains yet. Will be adding another one to my back door soon!
