If you own this unit don't buy anything other than the manufacture replacement filter as they fit and work perfectly. Cut corners with something else, not your air.

Replacement Filter

As needed if you want your air to have less allergens. I mistakenly flushed water in thru the old filter to attempt to clean it, it doesn’t work; you can use a vacuum. But after replacing the new filter, I am relieved.
