Better than expected. I had been planning to replace an old over the range GE microwave with exhaust vent. This would have meant having microwave oven occupying space on already crowded counter top. This LG solved that problem. The venting through back wall is exactly the same as the old microwave. Installation was relatively easy, requiring help with wife to lift it into place, as many YouTube videos showed. I used some extra cabinet materials to cover the bare wall. I needed a low-profile microwave due to space limitations. The previous micro was too close to the oven, so this design was a must. The deal BB had on an open box was too good to pass up. I installed it with ease with the help of a friend. The template is a must. Microwave design is modern and suits my needs as a bachelor. The connected WiFi is a good addition. The design is working well with my in-progress remodel.

Pretty happy with this LG microwave. It looks really sleek and modern above my stove, and like that it's low-profile so it doesn't hang down too much. The sensor cook feature is pretty cool and usually heats things up just right. The fan and light underneath are useful too. It does a good job with everyday stuff like reheating leftovers or making popcorn. It's a decent size inside for most of our plates and bowls, though because it's slim, super tall items might be a squeeze. The black finish looks nice but does show fingerprints a bit. Overall, it's a solid microwave that works well and saves space. Good purchase.

Amazing. The vent & lighting are excellent, presets function are perfect. Never got pop corn overcooked. Defrost everything perfect.

So far, I am very impressed with my new microwave oven. The only thing I wish that it would do is light up the panel of cooking options when you touch it. Very hard to see them otherwise. But it is extremely powerful and at 1800 W cooks my food at about twice the speed of my older one that was replaced.

This microwave looks great! It gave me the counter space i wanted, the light and fan work amazingly and i cannot believe it took me so long to just take the plunge and do it.

enough cfm section power, very rare in this class and comparable with dedicated range hood. vent noise is about 74db in high setting, same as my previous 700cfm range hood. microwave is powerful too. make sure to properly vent outside using a minimum 6" duct and seal around to prevent air leak. led light is bright for cooking.

Love all the modes it comes for example vegetables if frozen, canned, or fresh. Warms up quick!

Bought it on the morning of black friday and collected it after at the warehouse. Very easy transaction. I needed it that day becuz my microwave broke on Thanksgiving day. This LG microwave is low profile, almost 4 inches shorter than my previous one. The installation was a bit challenging becuz my only help was my daughter. However, with stronger hands, it should not be a problem. the template disgram was helpful to determine to mounting of the bracket. After mounting, i vented the air outside using the supplied vent pieces and the connection to outside from my previous one. When all was done , it worked from the first try. The only drawback is the door extends the entire width, which warrants au user to strp back a bit more when opening it. I would have preferred the control panel be stationary on one side, and the door being shorter for opening putposes. Nevertheless, it looks modern and classy. I connected it to my wifi, but i dont see this as necessary.

A terrific product for some people, but not me for 3 reasons. #1). The door is way too wide and requires stepping back to avoid hitting me in the jaw. Still, I don't believe that the baking chamber is any larger than comparable ovens with less-wide doors. #2) The sensing instructions are complex, They are located behind the closed door and written so small that a magnifying glass is required to read them. They are also unlit against black so I need a flashlight to read them day or night. So, step back, open the door, grab the flashlight and magnifying glass, step forward, read the instructions, step back again, close the door, set the magnifying glass and flashlight aside, close the door, step forward and push the right buttons if you can still remember them. $3) I am assuming that this microwave is so expensive due to its complex sensing abilities. I haven't found am easy way to use them after 2 months. LG needs to offer a course on proper operation. As far as performance, it is a gem for a couple of reasons. I can't imagine ever using a countertop microwave again as this eye level product wonderful for keeping an eye on the product. I use the timer and cook level for practically everything I cook (at least I have those 2 buttons memorized). This thing can cook from very gently to being a tiger. And there is a 30 second blast button that can be repeated for additional time. So for 2 minutes on high, simply push that button 4 times. I wish I had bought something less complicated and easier to use. I could have save lots of money and still obtained great performance. I can say that over-the-range microwaves are the only way to go and for those people with strong jaws and eagle eyes, this product could get 5 stars.

A great looking and so far solidly performing microwave. I am pleased that it has LED lighting, has app and Alexa connectivity, and is very easy to operate. I’ll update my review if anything goes wrong but enjoying it thoroughly at this time.

I received the microwave via a pick-up order. Once I opened the box, I noticed a dent in the side. Working with Best Buy was easy and efficient. They came and picked up the dented microwave and dropped off a new one within 2 weeks. This is why I shop at Best Buy! This is my first low-profile microwave and I love it. Looks better with my new cabinets and I have had no issues with it.

Just got it installed a few days ago and it’s just what we were looking for, perfect size, works great and it looks very nice. Great buy

This microwave is awesome! It is easy to use and takes up so much less space than a traditional over-the-range microwave. It will even tell you when your food is done cooking if you link it to your WiFi and add it to the LG ThinQ app. Not absolutely necessary, but still a cool feature none the less.

Since we just installed it, after a month of waiting for the kitchen to be finished being remodeled, we are pleased with the operation and features. The sleek, slim design goes perfectly with the new kitchen. I only have 2 issues with it, 1, the exhaust fan is fairly loud, even at low speed. 2, the controls on the front could use a backlight to make it easier to find the buttons at night so the overhead light doesn't need to be used. Overall I really like the microwave.

So far so good! Works perfectly, and quality level feels high. I was originally worried about the low-profile size, but everything fits wonderfully and the space I got back above my stove is fantastic.

Works well, looks great! Bought this to replace a microwave that was installed too low in comparison to the stovetop. It was easy to install and works well.
