Since we just installed it, after a month of waiting for the kitchen to be finished being remodeled, we are pleased with the operation and features. The sleek, slim design goes perfectly with the new kitchen. I only have 2 issues with it, 1, the exhaust fan is fairly loud, even at low speed. 2, the controls on the front could use a backlight to make it easier to find the buttons at night so the overhead light doesn't need to be used. Overall I really like the microwave.

This microwave is awesome! It is easy to use and takes up so much less space than a traditional over-the-range microwave. It will even tell you when your food is done cooking if you link it to your WiFi and add it to the LG ThinQ app. Not absolutely necessary, but still a cool feature none the less.

So far so good! Works perfectly, and quality level feels high. I was originally worried about the low-profile size, but everything fits wonderfully and the space I got back above my stove is fantastic.

We were planning to install a vent hood and do without a microwave when we came across this model. It is slim and attractive yet spacious enough for all of our needs. The microwave is quiet with fantastic features that make using it convenient! Well done LG

Very easy installation and operation has been very nice although is has been a very short time. Foods heat much quicker and complete that our previous microwave that wasn't very old. Plenty of room for a compact microwave. I would highly recommend.

Works well, looks great! Bought this to replace a microwave that was installed too low in comparison to the stovetop. It was easy to install and works well.

Compact and powerful. It was quite simple for us to install. And the compact design gets me 3-4 more inches of clearance from the stove top. The glass front allows for easy cleanup.

We needed a slim microwave because the previous owner of our newly bought home had a regular sized microwave and it was way too close to the stove and I just didn't like that. Best microwave I've ever had. Makes our kitchen look so much nicer and we now meet safety standards. Happy I caught it on sale for half the original listing price as well! Replacing the microwave was easy enough, had a bit of trouble with the template but I managed to work through it.

Works great, lots of functionality. Like to have fan with high CFM.

Switched from hte wirlpool low profile to the LG and now have all LG appliances. It fit in the space well and doesnt stick out too bad. the only thing i would change is the buttons on the front are not pure white, but grey, and in low lighting its difficult to read them. I like that there are multiple lighting and fan settings.

This low profile microwave is just what we needed for the space above our cooktop and it's good looking.

Works well - powerful heating and good venting capabilities. We choose the low profile microwave due to its location (trying not to block natural light), however this is a small microwave. It is exactly what we purchased but would recommend considering a larger size if you often use your microwave for more than re-heating single portions.

For it being slim sized it is bigger than I expected on the inside. Very powerful heating things up. Love the 30second button that I can quickly press to equally 1, 1.5, 2 minutes. I haven’t used the vent fan yet while cooking but it is quite powerful as well.

Great purchase! More space over our cook top, brighter lighting and better ventilation.

Really nice microwave. Microwaves things evenly and nice features. Took a star off because it has a screw in front that scratches the door inside a little bit. Also not a normal screw so it's not like you can screw it in more.

It fits great above my gas stove and works amazingly. Great addition to my kitchen.

I originally purchased a different microwave which turned out to be a problem with the new door opening against a cabinet that I plan to paint. Additionally it was MUCH larger than my 20 year old microwave, looking monstrous in my older, small kitchen. I am in the process of painting cupboards and updating backsplash and counters, and am excited to see it all pulled together. Zero clearance door worked perfectly, and I like the smaller size although it is a bit higher up for me to clean, even than my older one! The installer commented on the additional tech features than the other new one I had first installed, though I didn't buy it for that reason! Just the functionality of the door, and as I said, the smaller size looks better in my space.

Great initial quality. Installation was simple. Like the low profile look as it give me space between stovetop and microwave. Unit does have a greater depth than standard microwave

Working great so far. Quiet and fits wider but shorter things great.
