Had to disengage child lock 2nd Big issue it does NOT properly cook. 3rdthe keypad is a nightmare. Hard to see “buttons”. Difficult to engage, yet can’t clean keypad without triggering numbers

There were dents inside, including a deforming of the grid on the door. Under the right lighting, this is visible from outside the glass door. The microwave performs fine, but its appearance did not match the description.

I had a KitchenAid and it malfunctioned after 2 years; I spent a lot of money for microwave it was not a good product but this microwave was very reasonable.

They were delivered on time and to specs. They fit without issues into the existing cabinets. Microwaves work great.
