Watch out - Product Specifications Differ From Box

Product specifications on site state microwave is 1250W. Verified wattage with Best Buy customer service when ordered microwave . Picked up microwave at store. Box stated 1200W. Contacted Best Buy regarding issue. Best Buy employees stated manufacturer supplies information to website. Best Buy
should confirm product specifications are correct before information is on Best Buy site and immediately revise information if it is incorrect. Disappointed with experience.

Bestbuy sucks

Best buy sucks with their customer service. The item I purchased had a mechanical issue when I took to store they opened the items from the box and called the manager because there was a small scratch on the item. They refused to refund and didn't even help box the item.

Looks slick and buttons are nice but it was LOUD and rattling. Also it nuked stuff quick but sometimes not for the better. Be careful with sensitive products. Ended up returning it; wasn't for us

LG is horrible

Any LG Microwave that has the open button flush like this one breaks within 2 years. I am on my second microwave (I thought the first was a fluke) this model and again it broke. LG should be taxed for creating horrible products that end up at the dump.
