INEPTITUDE AT BEST BUY!

It was the WRONG microwave for the SECOND TIME! They took it back immediately. It took 6 1/2 days for ANYONE TO CONTACT US about the error! When they did it was ABSOLUTELY HIDEOUS how uninformed the employee was regarding what had happened TWICE to us! We ended up canceling the order permanently due to the ineptitude of Best Buy. We lost weeks and weeks WAITING FOR BEST BUY to get it together but they never did! Worst of it is that the company employees are so poorly trained that they have no idea about the products they’re selling! We will never return to purchase a thing at this company again.

A cheaper countertop air fryer is miles ahead of this thing. The microwave function work well, but you can get a sepearate microwave and air fryer for much less than the cost of this thing amd get a way better experience. Do not recommed.

I didn't even think of checking before, only after installing I found out making it half worthless. it just comes with a round rack that turns and does NOT come with a turntable Button on / off making it worthless to put in a 9 x 13 pan. LG as a brand should have known of this.

Cannot use the microwave. We registered a warranty claim with LG 4 days ago....and STILL no call!! Biggest waste of $650 I've ever spent!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

Ordered item on 10/29/2023 and did not receive item until 4/12/2024. Best Buy lied numerous times about delivery dates for item and promised me compensation for the inconvenience but did not deliver on that promise. I'm extremely disappointed considering I spent over $20,000.00 on merchandise and was treated so poorly.

Horrible Experience.

After a month of non response in spite of countless calls, we gave up and returned it. Will not ever buy from Best Buy again.

It cooks by convection perfectly, microwaves quickly, has a feature to scan food containers so it will microwave taking away the guess work and eliminating hot scorching food that has to cool several minutes before serving. And air fries 24 wings or a large bag of sweet potatoe fries in much less time and evenly than a counter top air fryer. I can’t say enough about this awesome appliance. You will not be disappointed in your purchase!

The baking and convection settings work tremendously. The microwave setting does what it is supposed to do. I haven’t yet used the air fryer, I have a counter top unit that I use for air frying but I will try it at some point here. Couldn’t be happier.

It’s no longer just a quick way to heat up that frozen dinner or day old coffee. You can actually prepare meals that, until now, were done in the oven or on the stovetop. It’s a world of difference from my last LG microwave that was built in 2012.
