it's a nice acquisition. The controls and overall logic of the appliance is easy to learn and use. So far so good. I definitely recommend buying the extra coverage no less than 5y. It's frustrating, but our family has gone through 4 ovens already!

The only reason we haven’t returned it is because it matches our other appliances. This is the second microwave we have owned that the display screen goes blank. It also does not keep time. I have said it 1000 times and I’ll go back and it will be wrong And the time just doesn’t show up at all. I get little flickers of light where the display number should be. And I always seem to have to cook everything one more minute than the product directions to. Other than that I guess it’s great, but you don’t get all the features you pay for.

First of all, the appliance salesman is great! He is knowledgeable about his available products and was able to explain their differences. Additionally, I needed to walk out of the store with one in hand and after deciding which one to buy he went thru the storeroom and found the unit we decided on. The LG unit I bought used the same installation holes as my prior unit so placing it was relatively simple. It is a great looking unit and works perfectly!

This replaced an older version of the same microwave. Installation was easy as it used the same mounting bracket as the older version. Significantly quieter than the older version.

When I needed to buy a new microwave, I was surprised at the range in pricing. This GE was one of the more reasonably priced units, and it works just fine. I really don't see the need for the much higher priced units.

We are very pleased, this is our first LG microwave, so far all is well. Love the add 10 sec. or decrease 10 sec. feature it is very handy many time versus using the 30 sec. when that much time isn't needed. many other one touch buttons also. The manual/guide is detailed and helpful for using each setting.

Purchased this as a Xmas gift for my daughter. 1st on when installed was very noisy. Had to return and reorder another one. Took several weeks to come in. New one seems to work well. She loves the pre-programmed features, like popcorn, melt/soften butter

Good product, decent price and easy to install for somebody without any experience.

Nice microwave. Looks good and works great. Hears better than my previous 15y/o mode.
