    Timer can only be used while cooking in microwave. The button panel is not lit. Hard to see. Impossible to see if kitchen is dimly lit. Door closes loudly and has a tinny sound.

    This microwave was for one of my rentals, so I haven't personally used it. However, my tenant seems to love it. In addition, she commented on how punctual, friendly and professional the installer was. The installer arrived on time and was able to efficiently do the job in a short amount of time. I have become more and more impressed with the work Best Buy does in the appliance area, as well as with the products they offer.

    Bought as an open box display item. Initially worked great but ive had LG tech come out 2 timea to fix issues with diaplay.

    Awesome microwave! Works well heats food fast and it looks good in the kitchen once I mounted it.

    Great microwave . Easy to install. I would have given it a 5 except that it does not have a timer on it. That doesn’t diminish the job it does, but sure wish it had one . Love the gray interior.
