I’ve only had my microwave for a short time. So far I’ve been pleased. I was most impressed with the installation and installers. Installation was quick and Brody, Jacob and Evan were respectful to me and to each other.

Bought it to replace same model. It was working fine. Glass in the door slid out of place and it was in a short term rental for probably 7 years. Used same mounting bracket and had it set up under 15 minutes

Very easy to install, runs quieter than the GE that we replaced because it quit working after a year & a half, easy to use and clean. Good cheap price for a high quality appliance.

So far, so good, its almost a twin to the that died, my only complaint is we can't find a timer, which is always handy.

Overall is good. We miss timer, light not LED and no option for night light and work light, and no option to pause turntable.

I bought this to replace an LG 1.6 cubic foot microwave from 2013. Because this is our fourth OTR microwave, I didn't want to have do drill yet another set of holes in the studs and the counter bottom, and would have bought the identical microwave if it was available. This is 1.7 cubic feet, but the width and height are identical (it's about an inch deeper). Fortunately, the bracket and the location of the cabinet bolt holes are identical to my old one, and it was simple to install. The operating noise is lower, a plus. The high setting of the two-speed exhaust fan is still very loud, but the low setting is much quieter (and not identical to the high-speed setting, as on the old model!). Cook time on food so far is exactly the same. I'm very pleased.

This microwave works well but the only drawback is that the display panel is very dark and hard to read in lower light. Would be nice if there was a built in backlight eliminating the number panel.
