Overall we've loved this since buying it but have to say this unit is LOUD. When it's running you definitely know it.

We replaced our white over-the-range LG microwave with this one because it was an exact match to our appliances, SST, and fit our space without removing the old brackets. The only difference was the threads on the retaining bolts. It works beautifully, fits perfectly and Best Buy offered an outstanding price and curb-side pickup service was great!

Nice microwave. Heats up fast and efficiently. Only complaint is how easily it shows fingerprints, smudges, etc. But overall I’m satisfied with this purchase.

I feel like the buttons are kind of hard to press. Like, i have to press them 2-3 times to get the desired number. It looks really nice though.

Purchased this to replace the same one we already had above the range. After 2 months a piece of plastic broke off, it was a piece of the door that keeps the door straight. Not noticable at all but l dont like the odea that could have fallen into our food.

I bought LG microwave since I had to replace my older one. The associate at Best Buy was very knowledgeable and asked right questions and suggested few good fits for my requirements out of which i chose this product. This microwave has all the features we needed and very easy to clean.

Big microwave. There is no timer on this! Looks sleek.

The product seemed fine (condition, etc.), but it was ENORMOUS. Due to its massive size -- I don't know why it was so much larger than expected -- and my newly-discovered lack of outlet to attach above my range, I decided to return rather than fiddle with installation. The box itself was unwieldly and filled the rear seat of my SUV. Even if I had an outlet for it, I would not purchase a microwave this large in the future. (It was so large it was going to obstruct my stovetop access; this is probably not ideal for anyone who has some cupboards above the range.) I do like LG appliances and know that the sizing issue was more my fault/preference than anything else. While this one was a good value, I opted for a much smaller LG countertop model and am extremely pleased.

We love the appliance but it was dented upon delivery preventing your technicians from installing it. This caused further problems with our scheduling because the counter top/backsplash installer requested that the microwave be installed prior to them completing their work. It became quite a kerfuffle and caused unnecessary delays and additional expense by us while we waited for a new unit to be delivered.

This microwave has no timer! Closing it is vey loud.

Great product. Love the interior and ver easy to install. Works better than my last LG microwave and that one lasted 10 years. highly recommended

Does the job, but 3 problems: 1. Can't shut off the beeper - most other ovens you can; 2. One guy in the background holding a birthday candle is insufficient light when cooking tall items; 3. The ring under the plate has a problem with wandering off - keeps slinging itself to the side so the plate almost tilts - makes rumbling and grinding noises.

It does what I need, I didn’t do my homework. I missed that it doesn’t have a timer and it is louder then normal when starting. But it does it’s job.

Awesome and easy to install. I highly recommend this product and it is one of the best microwaves I’ve ever bought. Don’t be fooled because of the price.
