Roomy interior and heating food up. The only thing I dislike and it might be a pro for others is that when the cooking is completed, it will beep loudly every minute or so until you take it out. My old microwave only gave one reminder beep and then stays quiet.

I am so happy with my choice of microwave efficient with sleek design. Looks great in my kitchen. We went to a few stores and ended up back at Best buy. In the future I will just go there first. From the time I picked it out till I paid for it and walked out the store easy process.

Had one installed the fan was very loud, had to bring it back to the store for replacement. I am not talking about the fact that I had to pay someone to uninstall it and reinstall the new one that has a problem with the door that is not aligned well. At this point I gave up and I am going to keep it but I would not recommend it.

I had an LG OTR microwave like this one in black that died after 10 years. In the interest of being able to use the same mount plate I bought this one. The fan on this one is much quieter, but my big beef with this iteration is that the got ride of the timer setting, otherwise it’s quite nice.

Excellent microwave! Cooks food super fast and it actually vents the smoke from cooking. Only problem is that the light on the bottom can get hot.

For the price it isn't bad at all, one draw back have to work at re heating a cup of coffee, no setting for coffee.

It’s a good replacement for the previous microwave. Installation was well done, on-time. It’s a little more noisy than the previous unit.

Got it as a package together with the LG fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Unit is perfect size for our kitchen and i love that it has energy saver setting

Great bang for your buck... works fantastically, lots of room/space inside... it’s just massive, I wasn’t expecting it to be so big.

I am so disappointed in this microwave. My old microwave was an LG as well and we loved it but this was is a major step down. We had a lovely salesperson but he sold us the wrong one. Ours was a 1.9 cubic inch built on, 1100 watts with chrome and he sold us a 1.7 cubic inch 1,000 watt with an all black (except for handle) front and inside. It is not powerful, doesn't even have the feature where you can stop the inside from spinning so I can put larger dishes inside. At night, you must put on all your kitchen lights bc you won't be able to see anything in front of the panel because it is so dark. All in all, a major disappointment. Do not buy the 1.7 1,000 watt LG unit. You will not be happy!

Great microwave! Sometimes it does not heat very well but the majority of the time its good!

I really liked it a lot. Only thing it always sparked when steam was around. Died exactly one month after the warranty of 2 years was up. It lasted 25 months. I think it needs a stronger fan. I did like the style

Looks great and works fast. The operation is very simple and the shortcut buttons are great.

It's not the best in terms of features, but the price was right. It doesn’t have a timer, which I greatly miss. The power level is mediocre so we have to microwave food for longer than our old microwave.

Great! Ease of use is wonderful for someone looking simple steps! The heating level is great as well!
