    The first microwave we had installed didn't work correctly. At times it didn't run or heat the item. We called the geek squad and they assisted us in doing a return and replace. The replacement microwave and worked and we are happy since its installation. The return and replace was easy and with few questions ask.

    This microwave oven is adequate. Although the inside dimensions are large and hold a large turntable, it would be better if more of the space could be utilized. Also pressing the number of minutes buttons does not start the cooking; you have to also push start.

    Operating this microwave is very straightforward. It is a pleasure to use. The Installer assigned by Best Buy did a very nice job and it blends in with the stove area perfectly.

    This was a great upgrade. I love all the personalized options for thawing meat as well as something I have never seen - settings to melt and soften! Easy to install and easy to use!

    The microwave looks great, but it's performance is not the best. #1) the popcorn auto setting, burned the popcorn, #2) Warming tortilla in a cloth bag, which is for warming tortillas in the microwave, leaves the tortillas a little hard, not soft. I tried several different time settings, but they never came out hot and soft. It doesn't compare with our old Maytag microwave at all. The Maytag popcorn setting never burned the popcorn and the tortillas always came out hot and soft. #3) the light under the unit is very dime. Can't even tell it's on.

For the popcorn setting, it can sometimes vary based on the brand and type of popcorn. We recommend experimenting with different sizes of bags or even adjusting the power level to see if that improves the results.

      Regarding the tortillas, consider using a slightly damp paper towel instead of a cloth bag, as this can help retain moisture and keep them soft.

      As for the under-unit light, if it seems dim, it might be worth checking to see if it needs a replacement bulb or if there are settings to adjust the brightness.
