Got our microwave today. We purchased this one because we are upgrading our original home appliances. The Geek Squad team followed all COVID-19 protocols and were very professional. They knew what they were doing and did an amazing job with the installation. The Black panel on the right feels a little cheap. There is a small scratch mark but not a deal breaker. We went with LG because we are an LG appliance family. Everything is LG because we trust the brand to deliver the best products. Backed by Best Buy's excellent customer service and LG's superior product, makes a great customer experience.

The person who installed the microwave was very nice. He asked me if he could drill holes in the tile if that became necessary, and I said yes. He said he had a diamond drill bit. Everything went well. He explained the operation, cleaning & filters to me. Great job!! I love it!

This isn't a very high tech microwave, it lacks a lot of features of some of the other ones available but it heats up food efficiently and it works as a range hood well enough to free up counter space so I'm satisfied.

This is our first over-the-range microwave and we love it. It is easy to use and cooks evenly.

Very sleek and modern. Husband installed easily. Doesn't appear to be nearly as powerful as the unit we replaced. Normal reheat time requires double the time needed in the other version. It's true that they don't make things like they used to.

Stay away from this model. I bought 2 microwave units 3 years ago, and both had problems after the 1 year warranty. Issue 1: LED display flickers on both units. I fixed 1 unit and the issue came back. Issue 2: Heating element went out within 3 years. Cost to repair is 2x the original cost of the unit.
