    Honestly not very happy with my purchase, but it's already installed so I'm keeping it. The underneath light is a joke! It's so dim I don't think it could eve be considered a night light. But seriously, you can only tell if it's "ON" if it's night time and every other light in the house is off! And every time you microwave something, it turns the vent fan on too so it's super loud. Other than those issues, it has been fine and operated properly. But had I known, that light bulb and the noise would have been deal breakers.

      Hi there, We appreciate you for taking the time out of your day to leave us your open and honest review. This helps us to improve on the things that we've fallen short on. However, We'd like to address your concerns today. We see that your reporting how dim the light is on your LG Microwave and that the vent fan comes each time the microwave is in use. For the first issue, We'd like to offer you a suggestion for the light, You can take bulb to local hardware store and look for an LED with a 60 Watt equivalent rating or even 100 Watt equivalent that is the same size and base type. It will produce brighter light. The second concern that we see you're reporting is the noise of the vent fan.
      This is normal. The microwave oven's cooling fan (on some models), which is separate from the vent fan, automatically comes on during microwave oven operation to cool the microwave oven. It may also automatically come on and cycle on and off to cool the microwave oven's controls while the cooktop below is being used. Please contact us directly for further assistance at 800-243-0000.
