Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this microwave and thought it was great at the beginning , fast forward 1 yr 5 mos later stopped heating the food completely. Everything else was working except it wouldn’t heat. Extended warranty expired after a year. Called LG and they will send someone out for $300. Even if the magnetron was bad and it’s under warranty still costs $300. Decided to just buy a new microwave of another brand. Will never buy an LG product again and I used to like them a lot.

Matches perfectly with the rest of our LG appliances and is fairly quiet. Little surprise for me was the inside is black instead of the typical cheap looking white. Small little touch that makes a difference once you see it.

The numbers and words on key pad are impossible to read in anything other than bright light...to use the thing in the evening or dark, you have to turn the lights on...I didn't realize this until it was installed and I'm not going to take it down now and return it.. keep shopping, you will not be happy with this model

The bottom one cracked after a couple month's use. Also, the unit makes more noise than past microwaves we've had.
