After it was installed, I noted the door makes an awful screeching sound when the door is shut. Don't know if it's the microwave or because it wasn't installed properly. Went back to BB and they ordered replacement and new installation.

So far not so good. Has a buzzing sound when running. Also, there isn’t a timer. (Or at least that I haven’t found.) The buzzing comes and goes. If it doesn’t stop soon, will be returning.

LIGHT NOT VERY BRIGHT AND THE TURN TABLE SEAMS TO GET OFF BALANCE

Within nine months, we had issues with the display on our keypad going out. Since it was under warranty, they did come out and replace it. We are having the exact same issue with the replacement keypad but since replacement parts only have a one month warranty, their customer service won't do anything for us. Very dissappointed in the customer service.
Understandably, this is frustrating. Thank you for taking time to review this product.. We are doing our best to improve the quality of our products. We apologize for any inconvenience this caused. ^Venette
