Best Buy came through once again for our family! We purchased this exact same microwave 6 years ago. It recently died on us, which we were disappointed that appliances don't last as long as they once use to, however, we were able to find the exact same one there at Best Buy. It was very important to us to have the exact same one due to it being an over the range hood microwave. The space where the new microwave was going had to be the exact same size as the old microwave. Best Buy had a few in Open Box. We were able to get a brand new microwave from the store on Capital and it was at a very low price, since it was an older model, but never used. The manager there was extremely great to work with since the one we ordered was banged up a little, he let us get a perfect one instead!! Love Best Buy

We were in a pinch since our microwave went out and should have taken time to fully understand the features of the oven. It was in stock and price wasn't outrageous. What we don't like about the microwave: 1) Very weak interior and over the range lights (eventually replaced with more powerful LEDs), microwave is loud when it runs, there is no timer on the microwave, and not really sure what they mean by no fingerprint SS, since you can tell wherever you touch it.

I would have rated this microwave 5 stars because of its large size and ease of use, but the right touch pad controls are a bit difficult to read in low or no ambient light.

For the price tag of $189.99, and being that it is an over-the-range (OTR) microwave, I would recommend it as a replacement for an existing OTR. We installed it ourselves and did not encounter any major issues. It has since worked without any problems. The four-star review is only because it doesn't have a timer, which is odd considering it is the year 2020.

Works exactly like you'd expect it to. We liked that the decor matched our kitchen appliances, which are stainless steel. Installation was a breeze. My only gripe is they could have made it easier to read the push pad controls, gray lettering is against black background. Not a real big deal. Price was nice, too

This is my second LG microwave same model. The first one only last me 5 years. I am thankful that they still have this same model available. I am giving this a 3 star because it works, easy to clean, and good on the price. The bad on this is because we are thankful that we still had our old one on hand and when installing our new one the manufacture installed our fan in wrong(fan was flip to where the air would not blow up). So my husband had to take it apart and put it back correctly. Please make sure your fan is facing up and open before installing.

I'm surprised that there is NO TIMER, second there is NO BACKLIGHT on display, and third LIGHT under is more like "NIGHT LIGHT" and creates so much HEAT that you can almost burn your self when touching the bottom of the microwave... Last, STAINELESS TRIMMING looks "old" and its not a Easy Lean

Occasionally, the fan sound louder than usual. If I stop and start it again the sound goes away. The control control buttons are black on black shiny touch pad. so they are not easy to see if the lighting in the room is not just right.

This is a great little microwave. Had to replace my old on that came with my house. Didn’t want to spend too much and this was it. Easy for one person to install. Easier with 2.

Does what a microwave is supposed to do. No complaints with heating and reheating food. I docked it a star as there is no timer. We cook food regularly and our previous 15 year old microwave timer always came in handy.

Bought this to replace an older LG microwave, works great, looks nice and was in easy to install. The only thing I don't like is it doesn't have a timer function.

My wife wanted an over the stove microwave to free up space on the counter top. This model actually matched our LG stove and looks quite nice once installed. The internal space is adequate, and it has been heating the food very well for the last few months of usage since installed. Only slight glitch is that it is a bit noisy for a few seconds as soon as the start button is pressed. That noise disappears after a few seconds and then the sound reduces to a normal microwave hum. This is not a huge concern for us and having put in effort to install the microwave, we decided to live with it until it is time for an upgrade in a few years.

So far, so good. It looks great, works well, and is one of the most cost-effective microwave ovens for the price. Trust me, I did my research. For my basic needs—plus the added bonus of using it as an over-the-stove extractor—it’s perfect for the price and features, from a brand I trust. It's been over a year, and I'm still satisfied. Additionally, Best Buy had a offer of providing a gif card on the purchase of certain amount and since I did exceed that amount with the microwave and other items, I was able to get couple of gift cards so that made it even more appealing.
