I think this is an exceptional microwave that is of good quality, easy to use, looks good, and last the cost is great for what you’re getting.

My old LG worked better. The writing is so faint it's hard to see in low light so i have to turn the lights on to read the screen. The over the stove light is very low lumens. My other one had options for high and low. this one is pretty much useless in seeing what's on my stove. i'll look to see if i can replace the bulb with higher wattage

There is no way to set a timer. The thing sounds like we have the fan running full blast when cooking. It also looks like a missing vent filter is on the top. Oh and when i went to use it to soften a stick of butter i used the quick button and after doing it twice it still wasn't soft.

I absolutely love my new LG 1.7 cu ft Over the Range Microwave. Love the Stainless Steel and black color matches my LG range. The microwave is beautiful and is easy to operate. Is a perfect size and so modern. I couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase.

i previously had an LG over-the-range microwave and was very happy with it, so I bought this next generation product. Works well, as expected based on my previous experience. Looks very sleek in my kitchen.

Very nice looking microwave. It fit the space perfectly, which is nice that the information on the website was accurate, because we were replacing an old one and the space had no wiggle room. Great price point too!

This is such a nice, economical microwave. Although it is an entry-level model for LG, it has been a work horse and excellent performer for our family of 6. The only thing missing is a timer. I really miss this functionality from our old one.

I was hesitant on purchasing this item because of color coordination of my darker colored stove refrigerator and dishwasher. Because of some steel on the handles etc it blended great. Take pictures of your other appliance if you need to. So many choices can be confusing. I believe for a fact this microwave is lighter which is great for me. We live in a double wide and our cabinets aren't as strong as some. I like the easiness of how to use this. Really it has the same set up as the last one I'd had, which is a great selling point. An electronic device with nothing new to learn is a blessing. Easy to clean too. Finger prints yes...but not as bad as some.

Easy to install over previous installation. Worked perfectly out of the box. Has a popcorn setting for perfect popcorn. Looks great with the stainless steel finish. Has very sharp display and reasonably low noise level. The +30 second button is really handy for soup.

Relatively inexpensive, easy to use and clean. It is a bit noisy but no more so than comparable microwaves.

Works very well but the handle has come loose from one end and some display LEDs have image-burn.

I seem to not be able to place on wall . Big cooks well even a 5.year old learn to use . Simplicity of microwave.

Great microwave. Easy to clean. Food comes out piping hot without drying it out or scorching it.

I love this microwave. It’s simple and easy to use. Strong fan and quick installation. You will need two people to complete the install. This instructions are also clear and easily implemented.

Easy to install with 2 people. Simple and easy to use. The dark interior does not show splatters as the lighter one did.

Have not had long enough to judge longevity. Body of unit was damaged when taken out of the box. The cabinet hid it pretty well though. Installation was smooth. Door is kind of flimsy, but seeing as we replaced a very expensive GE microwave that failed after~2-3 years, I wasn’t willing to reinvest a fortune for the upgraded one. Honestly, I am happy I didn’t. It is really simple and easy to use. Easy to get lost in technology and new advances these days, which I am sure leads to quicker failure of the product.

Door seams a little hard to close. kind of hard to see the key pad without extra room light. easy to install no complaints about the cooking

The LG microwave is stylish and has very clear understandable controls. It heats up rapidly and provides consistent heating. Pricing was good and the installers did a great job.
