    We purchased open box Microwave on a Friday. When company came out to deliver it and install it, they said it got damaged and could not deliver it. It took five weeks a alot of phone calls to finally have it delivered.

    Fit perfectly in the space already present. Seems like a solid, well made microwave so far. Door feels solid, fans work well, I like the look. My only minor complaint is the lack of a dedicated kitchen timer built into the control panel.

    We have really enjoyed this microwave. The sound it makes is a little loud, but nothing too crazy. There also is no kitchen timer, however it is 2022 and we have cell phones & an electric stove that both have timers. all in all, a great microwave for a good price.
