    They seriously need to take it off the market.... Didn't last 6 months. LG changed the electrical mechanism within the microwave to save money for parts and it causes issues. Service has come out and said this product is faulty the way they changed how they manufactured it. Don't waste your money!

    Very good product with a great 5 year warranty. My last micro was a Maytag and the light went out. Warranty ended and it needed a control panel for the same price as this new one with a 5 year warranty. No brainer.

    My microwave died shortly before I am moving. Because I am so busy getting everything else done, I haven't had time to read the extensive book that comes with it, so haven't figured out all the directions for use yet, especially those that it does automatically based on its sensors.

    Seems to be a good microwave. I've had no issues to date and I've been using it a couple of weeks now. I'm getting use to the settings as they are different from my previous machine.
