    Microwave lasted 1y 9m and it now light turns off and on, turntable stopped working, and it will not heat up things.

    The microwave I purchased was one of only ones in stock at the time waiting 10-14 days wasn't an option at the time...The microwave works fine thou, def on the cheaper made side .

    Just very basic with below average performance. Didn't expect LG to produce such average product in 2022. The heating is not consistent, 30 sec warm up for same food with same temp ends up with different results. The vent suction is very average too.

    I bought this particular model because at the time, it was the only one available. The microwave itself continues to work after 2 years. However, the LED display only worked for 15 months.

    The air filters don't stay in place, they suddenly fall out; the unit is the loudest microwave I've ever heard - obnoxious. I would not recommend it. Don't like the way it mounted either!

    Well, we had just over 2 years before we had our fist issue with this unit. We now have the number display flickering and have to have it replaced. This unit is only 1,000 watt VS 1,100 what’s for our original one. So not as powerful.

    We love LG but this microwave is lacking in so many areas. The defrost doesn’t work at all and it doesn’t have a lot of the conveniences our frigidair did that we got for around the same price wishing we would have saved up and got the better microwave

    junk. Digital number board flashes after 1 year ended. Barely used. Best Buy won't repair as beyond cost of item to repair - in other words the circuit board is faulting. LG won't do anything as in May it was a year old. Regret and won't purchase LG again.

    The door of the microwave is creating lot of noise while opening and closing the door. I am sorry and I am not convinced that i made the right decision. I had samsung previously and now I bought LG, which I am unhappy.

    I have this microwave 1 star because it didn't have a timer on it and the vent doesn’t do anything for the steam. And it was damaged when I opened it.

    Have had this unit for 2 years and 8 months. The unit will not heat, assuming a transformer issue because of the electric burning smell. Contacted LG repair/service cost $400.00...unit cost $250.00...

    After 13 months the handle broke off without any warnings. Looks like the plastic on the inside couldn't handle the heat from the oven/stove. Luckily best buy is replacing the whole thing with

    We wanted to a low cost unit to match our existing kitchen appliances. This appliance met the price target we were after, however it is not rich with options. The overhead light is very dim, not great for cooking. It should have high/low option.
