    Bought this microwave in late October and was installed in November. Now 3 months later it doesn’t heat up and the light is out. Of course it’s going to take Best Buy 2 weeks to come look at it.

    Piece of crap Exhaust fan went out 17 days after I bought it, followed by entire microwave going completely dead the next day.

    Complete junk. Main board went bad and continually flashes. 13 months old and no help available.

    Bought this to replace an old and ugly but functioning microwave. This one was fine, until it completely died within 14 months of use. Would cost more to fix than to replace.

    I was very disappointed! I had previously had an LG mucrowave for 13 years and before than another for 10 years. I wanted yet another LG mostly for the ease of installation. This one was a great price but no night light and no timer and I could not see the display in the dark. Needless to say I returned the unit. The return was very easy since it was within the 15 day window
