We bought all new SS LG kitchen appliances so they would match. After the installation, I notice that the microwave clock numbers are green and the stove (which is right below it) clock numbers are white. Who's brilliant idea was that? It would look much better if they matched. I did not see this in the store, because they did not have this model in stock. Another annoying feature is when you are a few feet away and you move about 5 or 10 degrees to the right you cannot see the last digit on the clock. Buttons seem hard to push even though they are suppose to be soft touch. I have not found an instant on 1 push start button yet, but in the spirit of fair reporting, I have not read the whole manual. My old 1 was set so if you pushed #1 it would go on for 1 minute. The clock issue may sound minor, but when I look into the kitchen at all new appliances it looks like I mixed brands. Best Buy had great sales and installation.

The microwave works as it should. Our online complaint is that after having it for 2 year, the clock already has a light out.

Good microwave, but the venting isnt what i had hoped for. It could be the exhaust intakes would be better if moved forward if center. Otherwise completely satisfied

Purchased this to replace over the range microwave that was becoming a problem. Installation was fairly simple but requires at least 2 people due to the weight and angles of hookup. This oven works very well. Has numerous settings programmed in so you just select the proper item and push start. Does take a bit of getting used to but we are very pleased thus far.

Within 2 days the unit would shut down in the middle of performing the task programmed. Within one week Best Buy delivered and installed a new unit. It works well, however it is noisy. I don’t like that the timer must be manually shut off instead an automatic shut off after a short period.

I removed a hood and installed the new microwave oven with zero difficulty, once secured, it performed like a champ. Easy to operate and program.

I bought this appliance to match the rest of my LG purchases. The door on this microwave was more sturdy than others I compared. However, I wish LG would have the option to push a number on the pad and have it cook for that amount of minutes (Like GE... 1 for 1 minute etc.) In addition the buttons must be pressed very hard for inputting. Overall it cooks evenly.

This microwave has everything that you need and works great. I just have not had much luck with LG lasting long although they tell me that all microwaves today are not made to last. I needed to buy LG as all my other appliances are LG and Black Stainless and they other brands didn't match!

Great looking -very easy to use and does a great job. AND DOES THE BEST JOB ON POPCORN OF ANY MICROWAVE WE'VE EVER OWNED!

Its been very good reheating and/or heating foods. Easy to operate and the exhaust fan is very good. It would be good if the stove light was designed with low and high function. The one exiting level is a bit dim in some instances.

Looks great and easy to use but touch buttons require a little more pressure

Nice looking, heats great. The black panel is a problem. You cannot see at night. No night light and dark color makes it impossible.

It cooks ok but has a noisy hum they can't figure out. My main problem with it is that the panel isn't lit up so you can't see the buttons. Have to get a flashlight to see the buttons. Dumb design.

It is a great microwave.. I liked my old one! House got hit by lightning and I was happy I could get almost exactly the same thing. A little smaller and mounting was a little different but I am loving it so far!!!

This microwave cooks evenly, has all the features needed for heating, baking and melting. The size meets all of our needs.

The microwave in appearance and operation is typical of any other. The only minor complaint I have is how hard you need to press the buttons to activate what you want.

All LG Appliances in my home. I like their reliability, appearance and functionality. This microwave did not disappoint.
