Looks nice and works great but everything about this unit is noisy whether your running it, opening/closing the door or using the vent fan. I had a GE Profile which was silent compared to this one however the GE was junk and fell apart in 6 years. I have to call in support because when its done running a fan (not the vent fan for stove) winds down and its very loud.

Great price for microwave. We love the LG products. Many options on the microwave and it's stays very clean. Easy to install

Very nice looking unit. My only complaint is that the control panel is dark and somewhat hard to see the labeling. It also requires that you plug in the entire time (ie. 2.00 for 2 minutes, then press start. Our old unit was easier for input, just press 2 and close the door - then it started on it's own. Just will take getting used to it.

Looks great heats up the food like it should. Good options but the buttons are a little hard to press. No big deal

Microwave works great but you have to push the buttons pretty hard on the key pad. We have the double oven range from LG and only need to lightly touch the buttons. Not sure why they made the microwave with the buttons that aren't touch sensitive. Pretty annoying.

recieved the first unit and it had to be replaced due to a faulty key board. hoping this will be a solid purchase. nice looking unit and nice features. jury is still out.

Haven't used extensively yet but so far it's easy to use and fits existing space from previous over range microwave. The fan is a little loud.

I haven't used all the features on this microwave yet, but so far it seems very powerful and it was pretty easy to install.

Only 4 stars: Disappointed I bought a microwave that doesn’t have a display that is lite up. It is hard to see the display and so we are having to memorize the display to run the microwave. We have been using a flashlight when necessary. But really disappointed I didn’t know this at the time of purchase.

Great Microwave with good power and great features. I have other LG appliances and all of them have been top quality RELIABLE products. This purchase has been no different.

The microwave is great. It's a bit loud. It would be nice if the number panel lit up. Looks great.

We bought this microwave when our last LG kicked the bucket. I tried some repairs, but once you get to the magnetron it's really not worth it. This works fine and we've found the popcorn sensor to be just right. Totally worth trying that out. Reheating foods I'd say makes it a bit hot, but not bad. I don't find the buttons harder to push than normal, but I wouldn't say it light. In general a good overall Microwave that doesn't break the bank

It was very easy to install, works wonderfully. I truly have no problems, I've seen reviews that said it was too loud, it sounds the same as any other microwave I've had. It's very simple to use.

1) Exhaust vents are effectively non-functioning. Steam from oven below rolls over the front and condensation drips off into my food preparation. 2) The numbers on the clock malfunction and spin constantly, making it impossible to tell how much time remains on a cook/timer function. Both of these issues were present on my original purchase *and* on the warranty replacement. The oven does heat food well.

Not too hard of a DIY to install. Works good. Wish it had quick start buttons (ex. Hold #1 for 1 minute etc.)

This is a nice microwave. Works great. Only downside is we have to push really hard Keypad buttons to get them to work

Good microwave for the price, has some cheaper feeling sounds/buttons but the microwave looks nice and has performed well in the couple months we've owned it. So far its holding up better than the Kenmore 'Elite" one that was 3 times the price from Sears (never again - horrible company/even worse customer service).

Purchased to replace another LG microwave I only had for 5 years that stopped working. Sucks!!! This microwave is loud and takes longer to heat your food. The buttons are hard to press and just not as easy to use as my old one. I wouldn't buy this item again. I would probably go with a convection microwave next time that heats the food more evenly.

This is a very good microwave. It's looks really nice, and is well-made, powerful and cooks food quickly. However, I think the display is hard to read, as the numbers are dark on dark... and also the numbers and selections on the display are weirdly hard to push. Otherwise, pretty basic to install, and works very well.
