My old microwave was installed when we built our house. After a year the door handle broke a year later the face of door came off. It finally began to smoke. One thing that was important to me was quality. The LG seems to fit that bill. It was installed in 10 min. and so far heats great, looks great(no used to having door panel) and is made well. I am a big fan of LG and Samsung but still I do research so I hope this helps.

Overall it's a fairly decent microwave. My only issue is the buttons stick. You literally have to push down hard to start the thing. The light is also very dim. I think this is an easy fix with a different bulb. Ok, not the greatest above range.

We love our over the range microwave. It frees up countertop space. Its beautiful. I deducted one start because in a few months use, you can already see the imprints that do not go away on the numbers used most often. I clean my appliances with a Norwex cloth.

This microwave was an Open-box purchase. The microwave was advertised to be in Excellent condition; however, immediately upon seeing the microwave it was obviously not in excellent condition. The microwave has a huge dent on top left side. Since I had driven almost 40 miles and purchased the microwave online for my father's house, I decided to keep the microwave. The microwave works perfectly but cosmetically this microwave is far from excellent condition.

This over looks great, and works great. This new print proof stainless steel model has whitish blue LED lighting that matches my new LG range. The older models have a green LED, which does not match stove (if that bothers you). Heats quickly, very nice looking as well.

Very quiet when in use. Easy controls. Cooks food evenly. Good value for all the features. Very nice looking in the Black and SS.

We bought all new SS LG kitchen appliances so they would match. After the installation, I notice that the microwave clock numbers are green and the stove (which is right below it) clock numbers are white. Who's brilliant idea was that? It would look much better if they matched. I did not see this in the store, because they did not have this model in stock. Another annoying feature is when you are a few feet away and you move about 5 or 10 degrees to the right you cannot see the last digit on the clock. Buttons seem hard to push even though they are suppose to be soft touch. I have not found an instant on 1 push start button yet, but in the spirit of fair reporting, I have not read the whole manual. My old 1 was set so if you pushed #1 it would go on for 1 minute. The clock issue may sound minor, but when I look into the kitchen at all new appliances it looks like I mixed brands. Best Buy had great sales and installation.

Love my microwave, smaller than my last but inside fits things the same. Easy to clean and maintain

Easy to install. Great design and works well. Haven’t been using long, but is doing what we need it to do.

Purchased this to replace over the range microwave that was becoming a problem. Installation was fairly simple but requires at least 2 people due to the weight and angles of hookup. This oven works very well. Has numerous settings programmed in so you just select the proper item and push start. Does take a bit of getting used to but we are very pleased thus far.

Would not recommend. Only reason giving 1 star is because no star is not an option, Makes a bizarre buzzing noise (loud) when running. Upon opening (sealed box) had to remove pieces of plastic film that were down in the fan. The buttons are frustratingly difficult to depress. I don't expect the the surface material to last long given the force with which we press to make the buttons work. On a positive note, it heats food and the outside surface wipes clean easily.

Nice looking, heats great. The black panel is a problem. You cannot see at night. No night light and dark color makes it impossible.

This purchase was to replace my microwave going out. I previously had a different Brand that only lasted a couple of years. This microwave was very easy to install, I love all of the features, and it’s also looks great! I highly recommend this LG microwave and as always, Best Buy has great customer service and answered all my questions, it was delivered on time, without a dent or scratch.

The look is nice, but it is louder than my previous microwave. It also makes a small noise when you hit start, which was a little alarming at the beginning until I got used to it. I haven't tried any of the other options yet, so I can't review anything else. It does what I need it to do, and it looks good.
