I would give this microwave 5 stars if the panel was lighter and brighter. It is very dark and that makes it difficult to read. Otherwise, the oven works very well.

I bought this microwave and could not be happier. very easy to install and fit perfectly. as for how it cook/heats up food... i have used it for a few things including popcorn and meals and have no complaints.

I love this micro, the door closes and opens gently. The less intrusive beeping when cook time is up. The buttons are slight touch. It is a gentle micro!

This model has many features I didn't have on my last one; Melt, Soften, and Quick Defrost. It's fairly quiet and very attractive. The price was right for the size and features. I do feel I have to press the screen a little more firmly than my previous model, but all in all, I'm very pleased.

After initial microwave purchased was replaced, works like a charm! Best Buy provided prompt service, and no hassle replacement! The look, operation and quality of this LG microwave will be perfect for your kitchen appliance needs!

It is. LOUD. Like, seriously, -2 for that. The fan will not shut off during operation and it WHIRS so loudly we have to raise our voices while its running. Deeply disappointed there’s no way to turn the automatic fan off(and no I’m not using the adjustable fan button haha. This one turns on whenever the microwave is running). Other than that, it works fine.

Had been without a microwave fir 2 weeks, so it was great to have a new one. Best Buy is great with their customers. Had a part missing and they went over and aboveboard getting the part for us. Excellent people who did a super job with installation. Personable and efficient.

I purchased the microwave to match my new refrigerator. It’s performance is excellent. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase the dishwasher to match my other appliances. That will be my next purchase.

After reading hundreds of reviews... decided on this LG for the features at this price point. Very happy after 7 weeks. Plenty of power, cooks evenly, control pad easy to use. Would highly recommend! Fit perfectly between the cabinets, 15 minute homeowner installation.

Nice microwave and powerful.. Guess because I was so used to my 18 yr old microwave it will take time to get used to buttons.. Hard to push and different then old.one. Overall a very nice powerful microwave..

This microwave has some very nice features. One issue is that the range we bought ended up causing a problem with the microwave because it got too hot, so make sure to turn on the vent fan when using your range.

So far this has been a wonderful microwave. Doesn't show fingerprints. The buttons take a little time getting used to. Not sure if this is a plus or a minus but after the time runs out the buzzer goes off until you open the door.

It does the job, but it IS dark inside like the other reviews say. And it is LOUD. It sounds like it always has the vent/fan running but its just what it does when you are using the microwave.

I am sure that after I get to know this microwave's features better I will be even happier with it. I like the over all looks of it.

No complaints about the range. Works and looks great. However, it is a huge pain to install and I would recommend having it installed verses DIY. Not that it can't be done but it will frustrate you in the process.
