Microwave has great functions, quiet, easy install. Only change would be the lamp inside should be white not yellow.

I barely use my microwave. So although this one is a glorified flashlight and clock it works great. It also looks beautiful!

I really like the look and the power of this unit. Downfall was installation instructions somewhat obscure. I was able to install after a few missed attempts, might be best to have installed by professional. I'm quite good at manual install but had some problems with this one. But WORKS GREAT

Microwave is very powerful compared to our old one. It needs a brighter bulb inside the unit and the lower bulb is very dim. Overall, it's a good unit.

Not as many features as I thought. The light only has one setting, I like a low and high, otherwise its good.

Works well, price was great, though I think there was an issue with installation (slightly tilted) and the installers placed the plate from the old microwave inside because it doesn't fit well. Floor of unit is slightly raised on one side under the plate. First time I've bought a microwave with a rack. Makes it easy to keep several dishes warm at once, or to reheat them.

Looks and works good. Awesome savings and great customer service. What more can a guy ask for !

Very satisfied with my purchase. Some complain about touchscreen not lighting up…my other one never had it either. Easy to use.

I bought this LG 1.8 microwave to replace a 1.6 Samsung with a faulty circuit board. So far the LG has been great & the extra interior space is a bonus.

Bought this to replace an older LG over the range microwave, and it does the job just fine. The older one lasted about five years, which is a bit short but my family does use it more than what I assume to be average. My only complaint is very minor, which is that the included light bulbs are super yellow! I replaced them immediately and the microwave looks 20 years more modern as a result. This is a solid choice for a unit that I expect to get another five years out of.

The product was easy to install and was on sale when I purchased it. It was the first time in my life I've had to replace an over-the-range microwave so I didn't know what to expect. The Best Buy rep recommended this one over other more expensive microwaves and it's been great so far.

The microwave is great. It's a bit loud. It would be nice if the number panel lit up. Looks great.

We bought this microwave online when the previous one died on us. Also to match the LG SS range, and was only one in stock at the time. Should have waited and gone shopping. Biggest complaint is the keypad. Very hard to see and hard to press numbers. Don't like the black interior

Worst microwave. Turntable plate is too large. Scrapes inside microwave door. Extremely loud. Sound like a jet motor. Buttons are very hard to press. Best Buy installation terrible, incorrectly installed and left a huge mess. Arrived after the noon to 8pm window and took 15 minutes to remove old MW and install new one. Although brand new, Best Buy Total Tech support is horrible. They would not replace bad microwave although brand new. LG had to correct installer’s sloppy work. Product disappointing. Best Buy Service appalling

Our old microwave didn’t have the features of this new LG. We have bought several LG Products recently and have never had a problem with any of them. I love the stainless steel look of this particular model!
