Not a great choice for us

We have to admit that LG sent a very competent repairman who had to come twice to fix it, but was very good. It has been working fine since, but the light under it for our cooking is very inadequate, only one small bulb.

If you are buying a new over the range microwave, please keep this in mind. I use my microwave for heating frozen vegetables, making popcorn, and reheating leftovers. It is certainly wonderful for what I use it for. It has a shelf in it, that I have left in, even though I do those things, and it seems fine. Since I have the less wide refrigerator, I would buy this again.

Great looking and working Microwave

It only has one light setting for over the stove, but that is fine by me. Haven't used the vent fan much. Only complaint is with the interior lighting. There is only light on the right side of the interior. Since the coating of the inside is dark to make for easier cleaning, this tends to make viewing what's cooking a little more difficult.
