Excellent product. Easy install when replacing another LG microwave!

so far i am very happy with this unit. it is not loud at all. it has pretty good features for the money!

Our house came with a vent hood over the range and I needed a microwave. I was purchasing a LG WiFi air fry range and wanted the microwave to also be LG and match my oven. This microwave is really cool! My husband loves the sensor that helps make sure your food is the right temp. We weren’t expecting that feature to actual work and it does!

Was not at location for installation. Had family member meet the technician and oversaw the install. We saw the finished product last week and were impressed with the installed unit. Wife has used microwave numerous times and has liked operation. Have had other LG appliances and been very happy. So far this passes the smell test.

We love this microwave. all the features you need. The lower range light is terrible. "Come on LG" are you serious? This should be a LED of some sort, strip or bar light. Great night light at best.

So far so good, but will be swapping it out for a Whirlpool. Had an issue with a LG fridge I purchased on labor day weekend, and within just 2 weeks, I was already having issues. Avoid LG/Samsung when it comes to appliances. Stick to the always reliable brands like GE/Whirlpool/Maytag/Frigidaire/Kitchen Aid. It's working just fine, but since I had that bad experience with my LG fridge, I'd rather avoid another headache. LG/Samsung is all looks, but poor quality. Great brands for TV/Phones only.

Has a rack on the inside and plenty of space and options. Easy to install too!

This is the perfect microwave for average use. It's powerful and large but doesn't have all the bells and whistles.

A lot of issues with this LG microwave and unfortunately, i did not get it installed within the 15 days so BB would not take it back. First, when installed and turned on for the first time, it was just plain loud. Really loud. To make matters worse, the turntable platter only turned about 1/4 of the way, stopped, started again, stopped, etc. And, the microwave heated intermittently- turns out it was the door. When you closed it and the microwave didn't work, you had to push in and up on the door and then it would work. Maybe just a bad unit but ended up with a KitchenAid.

Pleased with price, quality and service. Pleasant experience.
