    It’s a little difficult to operate-I have to look at the manual every time I use it as it is different than my former 3 yr old one. I wouldn’t buy this brand again

    Replaced countertop GE space saver microwave and hood vented (to outside) over stove with this over the range microwave. Best buy tech team used the external draft and placed a new outlet in the cabinet above the range so there was no problem with the conversion from the over the range hood. Saves countertop space.

    I can’t see the numbers without using a flashlight as the keypad doesn’t light up. The size is great but the keypad is not good for me

    Needed to replace quickly since could no longer get replacement parts for existing one. Would have preferred a 2.0 but could not get immediately. Other than being a tad smaller this LG model works just as well.

    its very loud, when you first start it the motor sounds really rough . I think i may have to get another one already 1 month later
