Would have preferred a 2.0 but could not get immediately. Other than being a tad smaller this LG model works just as well.

I brought this as a replacement to my GE Microwave that was in my home for over 10 years. I am in the process of changing all of my appliances at my home to LG. I love their products for the kitchens and laundry. Its a great Brand.

I'm a fan of LG and own a washer, dryer, and fridge by them. Best things I've owned in a while. My only complaints with this product are I would have liked to see an additional fan speed and the buttons require a bit more push (not as sensitive as some other brands). Overall extremely pleased, however.

The control panel was very dark and hard to see. There are no fast access buttons, for instance if you hit the number one, it is one second. I was expecting to have a one minute quick button. The only quick button is 30 seconds. Only one light setting no night light. We exchanged it for the next model.

LG microwave scam

The clock/timer display started blinking a few months after we bought it. Manufacturer came out and replaced the display and now it is doing the same thing. Best Buy geek squad says we have to pay to un-install it and give it to them for 8 weeks to have it fixed. Never buying LG trash or dealing with geeks squads fake warranty service ever again. You just lost a customer.

Love the no smudge feature, easy to install

I love the color and I paid extra to get the no smudge fingerprints and I couldn't be happier! Matches my black appliances and isn't noticeable. My husband who isn't very handy at ALL, installed it by himself.
