    This is a nice microwave...I just wish it had a clearer explanation of cook time instead of numbers, like my other LG. It told me what I was cooking with the sensor

    The only reason I didn’t give this 5 stars is because the display light color is this bright green and doesn’t match the LG stove color of white.

    Take note: this will not take the place of a toaster oven. It just doesn't work well and causes the microwave to get hot to the point of concern. Save money and get the other model.

    Had an earlier model and needed one that was as close to being the same a possible. The older model was sturdier, but this one isn’t bad at all.

    The microwave complements our entire kitchen appliance purchase at Best Buy. We are so glad we chose Best Buy for all our appliances. They are great. Really set it all up and then quality instructions on using the appliances.

    This is a great replacement for the one I broke the door on. No major bells and whistles. Love the dual level shelf inside, never seen that in a microwave. It gets the job done. Very happy with this purchase.

    We have built single family homes for almost two decades. After floundering through many brands that did not live up to our expectations, and that needed repair in too short of time, we switched to LG and couldnt be happier. Our initial and long term repair rate has went to zero.

    We replaced our over the stove microwave recently with an LG model. We also purchased the Best Buy install. We were satisfied with the both. I highly recommend the LG microwave and installation from a Best Buy installation contractor.
