The unit was installed for 18 days and stopped working. No longer heats up anything. The venting fan is very loud and yet does not have enough power suction. The over the range light is super dim and barely illuminates the range cooking area. To add insult to injury, Best Buy pushes the issue to LG; LG tech takes several days to show up, dismounts the unit, disassembles it and then informs that the defective part is obsolete??!! Going back to the store - need this Lemon replaced.

My only concern is that the control panel was wiped by a wet rag and now has swirl marks on it that won't go away. I've never experienced an issue like this with anything else, ever.

This one has a vent that pulls the moisture out of the microwave while cooking. Good for reheating things that would normally get mushy during reheating. Well worth the few extra dollars this cost.
