Microwave screen failed in less than 8 months. Horrific time trying to get BB out to fix the issue. First time they sent out an installer, no we are waiting on our next appointment. 4 months and counting. Not sure I would say avoid LG, hoping it was a fluke. Rest of the appliances seem good so far. Very good looking set in black stainless

Do not recommend buying an Open Box

After getting it home and ready to install we realized the mounting screws were missing as we as receiving a manual for the wrong microwave. It was also missing the 2 vent filters as we were given one that was for a different microwave. It is also VERY LOUD when running, especially when it first starts. Would’ve returned it, however after spending so much time and hassle installing it without a template we kept it.

Only reason giving 1 star is because no star is not an option, Makes a bizarre buzzing noise (loud) when running. Upon opening (sealed box) had to remove pieces of plastic film that were down in the fan. The buttons are frustratingly difficult to depress. I don't expect the the surface material to last long given the force with which we press to make the buttons work. On a positive note, it heats food and the outside surface wipes clean easily.
