    We really like it. Only thing is you can’t turn off the sound. Hate the beeps. I installed it and was easy.

    Once installed for a few months, the clock stopped working. The range light is dim and lights a tiny area. The touch pads require a lot of pressure and repeated tries. The oven works. The carousel is noisy. If it weren't built in I'd have insisted on an exchange.

    The first thing to notice is the control panel. It looks as if there is a plastic cover on it, but that is apparently the way it is supposed to be. The bubbled and uneven panel makes a nice microwave look inexpensive. The second thing is the task light is extremely poor. There is only 1 30 watt bulb. I called LG and they told me that despite the fact that they say this microwave has both a cooktop light and a night light, in fact there is only a night light. I returned it for a different one.
