And about 6 months ago clock numbers started flickering. Now numbers on clock are unreadable. And after researching the issue. Is apparently very common issue with LG microwaves. And they only Carry a 1 year parts and labor. Everything else works bwill in the microwave.

Stopped heating up food

Stopped heating up food 8 months after installation. Called TOTAL TECH and they said I have to go through LG first. 40 minutes on the phone with LG trouble shooting doing everything I had already tried. Hope the repair goes quicker. Anyone else have this problem?

A&E in the only warranty service provider. A&E tech came, changed a fuse, heated a cup of water. Microwave works, but when I tried heat something 15 minutes later. NOT heating again. So I called A&E repair, to see if tech could come back. They told me I had to call LG again. Well they now want to schedule another appointment in another 2 weeks. Really....... I will never buy a LG again. 1st I can not believe only one service center in Lafayette, LA area. And I can believe A&E repair, can not send tech back, if I call them within 20 minutes after tech left my house. Never again.
